Designer penthouse in the heart of historic downtown Pontedeume. Building renovated in 2020 with custom-designed and handmade interior design and furniture in local chestnut, eucalyptus and beech woods. Located on the 3rd floor of Rua Ferreiros, it is an exterior, quiet and very bright house. Two bedrooms (150cm beds), one of them in the attic; full bathroom; living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, which opens to the outdoor terrace; pantry/laundry.

It is located on a quiet street, right in the center, very bright. A few meters from the Camino de Santiago You can walk to the market where you will find local products. You can also walk to several supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, as well as the bus, train or taxi stop. You have Cabañas beach and Fragas del Eume nearby. The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.
