Tenuta Tegolaia

"Tenuta Tegolaia" is located in the hills of the upper Tuscan Maremma, a few kilometers from important cities of art such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, near seaside resorts such as Cecina, Bolgheri, Castiglioncello, 28 km from the Teatro del Silenzio di Bocelli and 38 km from Peccioli (Borgo più bello d'Italia 2024). It is an ideal place for a quiet holiday in contact with nature: here you can appreciate the scents of the forest, the pine forest, the olive groves and anything else that can satisfy your senses.

Podere Vergianoni is an ancient and authentic farmhouse dating back to the 17th century located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany. The apartment is impeccably furnished in the traditional local style of old Tuscany: ancient wooden beams, terracotta floors, and unique furniture. In the large outdoor courtyard, you'll find a large swimming pool on a panoramic terrace at your disposal, overlooking the valley with breathtaking views of vineyards and olive groves, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.

The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects!
