Very bright as, except for the bathroom, it is all exterior with large windows, electric blinds and Venetian blinds. Perfect for getting to know the city on foot. There are three car parks around with reduced rates if you book in advance. Supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, gardens, the Abanca theatre, takeaway food shops, shops... all next to the apartment. Everyone praises its location.

It is ideal for families, it has three bedrooms: two with a double bed and another with a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast or a good lunch. There is an office area with a large table for a quick meal. Newly renovated, it is fully accessible, without architectural barriers and with an elevator.

A very quiet area where we can barely hear the boats that go out to fish and where the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience. Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom in the upper part from which you can see the sea.
