Accommodation immersed in the countryside. To get there, there is a large sign at the entrance of a dirt road for about 1 km. The owners have an olive grove and oil mill and a riding school, so you can admire the horses and walk among the olive trees. We were greeted by Mrs. Annika, Federica's mother, lively, very friendly and smiling. The accommodation is the right size for two people, clean. The kitchen is more or less stocked. The bed is very comfortable and there is air conditioning in the room. There is a small space in front of the entrance to sit and have an aperitif but a large common space in front with tables and benches, free Jacuzzi and deck chairs. Very quiet and peaceful area. Possibility of direct purchase of oil and other products. The Wi-Fi does not work, but there are difficulties throughout the area. Castiglione della Pescaia is less than a 10-minute drive

This was an incredible and relaxing getaway—we honestly wish we had stayed longer. The tower is just as magical as the photos, and the views, olive grove, and pool were even better than expected. The surrounding town is darling and quiet, with just a couple of small restaurants and markets, which made it feel like a true escape. Luca was kind and responsive throughout our stay. Just a few things to note: there are a lot of stairs, and you’ll want a smaller car to navigate the narrow roads leading up to the tower. It’s a real castle, so it’s older and rustic—but full of charm and clearly loved. The only downside was that the hot tub on the roof no longer works, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, we absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend it.

We stayed in Cinzia's house for five to ten days and found the accommodation comfortable and well distributed. The double bedroom with a private bathroom is the best. The recently renovated accommodation was very clean and had all the necessary equipment for both the kitchen and the rest. The outdoor area, with its complete and well-kept furnishings, allows you to enjoy lunches, dinners and relaxation in the perfectly shaded garden. Very close to the beach, a half-hour walk from the village, it is the ideal place for those who love tranquility. Cinzia responded immediately to our requests with care and kindness. What can I say, we couldn't have asked for better. Highly recommended.

The vacation home is in a great location. Here you have a great view of the sea. The place is very well equipped and very clean. The contact with the landlady worked excellently. We will also be happy to recommend the property to our friends! Thanks again to the landlady for the great vacation stay !

This place is fantastic! Fully and comfortably furnished—with a large TV, dishwasher, well-equipped kitchen, and a bed with a great mattress. Everything is clean and recently renovated, with lovely touches of handmade and antique decor that make it both cozy and unique. You’ll find everything you need for a truly enjoyable stay. And the outdoors are just as wonderful! Rolling Tuscan hills, vineyards, relaxing views, and a private terrace with stylish garden furniture surrounded by lush greenery—rosemary fills the air with its fresh scent. The host is incredibly kind and helpful. One of the most memorable places I’ve stayed, and I’ll definitely return to share the experience with friends.

A small peaceful oasis in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. The cottage is a small studio located in a basement equipped with all the necessary amenities. The owners are exquisite people, very helpful and hospitable. There is even a beautiful pig inside an enclosure that wags its tail at the sight of people. Super recommended We will definitely be back and we will also return to the Castiglione della Pescaia area because we still have so much to visit.
