Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pontian District

I booked 2 nights of total 14 adults and 2 childrens and like to review Eric house very spacious can accommodate all of us with sufficient bedrooms and mattress. He also provided us with clean bath towels and also toothbrush set. He even provided free coffee tea soft drinks and instant noodles. Very good services. Also toilet are clean and don't seem to have sewage smell compared to the previous I booked. However I like to inform Eric to be more cautious on the cleaniness of stairways as when I first checked in I saw hairs and dust not properly cleaned and my 2 childrens they played and sit on it. But nevertheless Eric house is still recommended to stay and my next visit. Thank you Eric for allowing early and late check out and also the quick responsive reply whenever I need information.

We were travelling with extended family and there were a grand total of 11 of us. We had a room each and the house catered right ot our need. Everything was clean and functional. The location felt safe and there were malls and eateries within driving proximity. We spent 1 of the day in Legoland and again, the location was close to places of attraction. Will definitely return again.

whatever you see is whatever you get and that's absolutely worth it. the place is huge for a my group of 4. we were there for only one night with a VERY HOT weather. the aircond works fine but took long to cook the living areas. other than that, would love to return. host was very responsive which is greatly appreciated 👍

I booked very last minute, because I came from Singapore, I wanted to go to KL, but everyone was too tired with the baby.I made a reservation in the evening, and the Host replied quickly.The platform system also had a problem, the money was deducted but the status was not changed. In the end, the host sincerely helped us, letting us go in first (mainly because my bank had already deducted the money), and then letting us settle in before slowly dealing with the platform.The Host is really nice.The room is also clean, and baby loves it!

Mr. & Mrs. Zhu are great hosts. You can tell right away that their property was designed, decorated and taken cared of with lots of attentions and love. From every detail of the home, you can see they spent a lot of efforts into making its guest feel as comfortable as possible. I particularly enjoyed the fact that the home has mosquito screens installed on every window, making sure you can rest and sleep comfortably without having to worry about pests. The view out of the balcony is beautiful. I had a great time enjoying the fresh air of Forest City by opening the unit door(has its own mosquito screen) and balcony door, which is amazing. They installed a loft bed in the secondary bedroom which will surely be very useful if you have kids. The unit has a washing machine so you can do your own laundries. The AC is quiet and the TV has Netflix. I will say that this is probably the most well equipped AirB&B unit in FC right now. Highly recommend and will visit again in the future.

Everything was a breeze from placing the reservation to checking out. Cathryn maintained the residence very well and it was a homely and lovely accommodation.

Great, convenient location and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked very well and and was a nice, cool relief from the warm weather. Shampoo and body soap was pleasant and lovely to use. The place was well equipped and the decor welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to future trips.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy 1-bedroom unit. The space is well-furnished and thoughtfully laid out, making it very comfortable. The view from the higher floor was fantastic, really added to the relaxed, peaceful vibe of the place. Location-wise, it’s perfect for us, just a stone’s throw from Paradigm Mall, which made shopping incredibly convenient. The building itself offers nice amenities, including a pool, a small playground, and a tiny gym. Security was friendly and helpful, and everything felt safe and well-managed throughout our stay. The only minor issue was the TV remote, which could be more user-friendly. But overall, a great stay and would definitely consider returning!

It was a clean house, a kind owner, a satisfying house

Place was comfortable. Space was adequate. Our children enjoyed themselves. Every corner of the house was a playground to them therefore they didn’t get bored.

Andrew’s condo is immaculate. Everything has been so thoughtfully considered. It made for an exceptionally comfortable and safe stay. And Andrew is a very responsive and helpful communicator - even graciously accepting feedback. It’s only been 1 day, and my two teenagers are already asking to return!
