PLEASE NOTE THAT BEING IN THE COUNTRYSIDE WITH FEW PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OTHER THAN TAXI, THE BEST WAY TO ENJOY YOUR STAY AND TO VISIT THE BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS IS TO HAVE A CAR. The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Wonderful holiday in the Chianti

Our place is a 1700 furnace with a large biological swimming pool of 7,5 by15 mt with a diving board, 6 km from Siena. In our guesthouse we rent the studio apartment on the first floor:kitchenette,double bed, bathroom,shower,independent entrance to the solarium where you find sun beds and umbrella and tables for eat on the pool.It is shared with the other guests, up to11 people We host children up twelve years old. Pets are not allowed. I organize cooking lessons and traditional tuscan dinners

Virgi House

Virgi House is a 160 sqm villa, located 3 km far from Siena’s hystorical center. The villa is distributed over three floors. On the first one there is a double bedroom with bathroom and terrace, a large open space living room, a modern kitchen and a bathroom. Downstairs a double bedroom (or 2 single beds), a large bathroom, a study and a bright living room with a loggia from which you can access the private car park and the garden. The property also provides free wifi, air conditioning.

Here you’ll find a very nice loft, furnished in an industrial style. It has private access, a private parking space and a courtyard with hedges and a table for you to enjoy your breakfast and a book. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside of Siena and the view of the Torre del Mangia. It is located only 2 minutes from Porta Pispini, the oldest door of the city, sheltered from the noise of the historic center. Walk just 10 minutes to reach the beautiful Piazza del Campo.

Set in a picturesque hamlet, overlooking the Chianti hills, this charming country house is just 10 minutes from Siena and Castellina in Chianti. Recently renovated, it blends authentic Tuscan charm with modern comforts. The house features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two fridges, and a washing machine. Outside, enjoy a beautiful garden and relax in the outdoor marble hot tub, soaking in the breathtaking views.

Apartment consisting of 1 comfortable double bedroom (2 single beds can be provided on request), equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom. TV, BBQ, (if necessary, we provide a washing machine from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., which is located in our laundry room). A car is recommended as we are in the countryside, so you can be self-sufficient and so you can visit the magnificent Tuscan countryside as well. Free parking and wifi. Lui non esisteva, è stato ricavato in un angolo della grande casa in cui chissà quante persone della stessa famiglia vivevano. Per questo è diventato il nostro piccolo Nido, la casa da cui partire per scoprire il borgo. Non un piano ma addirittura due, con tanto cotto, legno e colori caldi.
