Orchard Barn Spa is a peaceful retreat for those looking to escape the city. We stayed there with our four month old and Chris was very accommodating, providing a baby bath etc. It provides the perfect base to explore all that the new forest has to offer, has ample parking space, is very clean and sits in a private plot. Thanks again Chris for a great stay and for your great communication throughout our trip.

Ideal location to the Quay and everything we wanted. We've had the privilege of living in Poole before and so we knew the area well. The house was very clean and provided everything we wanted. As stated in the description, the parking access to the back of the property is very tight but we managed to get one average sized car round there.

The house is in a great location and neighborhood, beautiful views of the sea with the beach a 5 minute walk, there is even a lift down to the beach if needed. House was well equipped, very clean with clear instructions. Lots to do with great walks and shops nearby. Would highly recommend for a relaxing time in a very comfortable house with a great location!

This was an amazing house for a family get together and perfectly located on between us in Sussex and other family from Devon. The house was spacious and spotlessly clean with a lovely welcome basket full of treats. My 4yr granddaughter loved the bedroom with the steps, slide and fairy lights. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. With several small children in our party, we also took advantage of the washing machine and tumble dryer. The garden was brilliant and our grandchildren absolutely loved the play house and games room. The hot tub really came into it's own on a warm day with during torrential rain. The host Catherine was super helpful both before our stay answering a few queries and on check on day itself. I would highly recommend the house.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation on the clifftop with fantastic views over the sea and all along the coast, including the Isle Of Wight. Very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. very close to beach access and with restaurants within walking distance and a good range of shops a short drive away. Nicky was very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location. Very clean and comfortable. We particularly loved the outdoor space as we had superb weather to sit out and admire the views. Lots of great places to visit in the surrounding area.

Yes, all the 5 star reviews are true! Our stay at Joy’s place was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The apartment was spotless. Joy supplied some wonderful goodies, pastries, scrumptious bread, biscuits and fresh fruit and milk. Lots of information about the area. As the buses were so frequent we used them to visit some wonderful scenic places. Everything one would want for a short stay. The views are amazing with lots of lovely walks nearby which our little dog Mollie loved.

Lovely place, clean and homely with lots of nice touches. We were provided with fresh milk and lovely fresh bread on arrival. Host was courteous and very friendly and willing to help with any questions.

On arrival Brian greeted us and showed us around the property, he also contacted the following day to check if there was anything we needed, which was a nice gesture. we really enjoyed our stay at Brian's place which had everything we needed for our stay. would definitely stay again. Just back from a wonderful stay at Terrys beachside studios apartment we had the most amazing few days,being so close to the beach was wonderful the views were breathtaking.Thank you Terry we will definitely be back.

Our son and partner stayed, they loved it. A delightful flat, so fresh and clean. Lovely views and such interesting artefacts dotted around. Very peaceful too. Mt husband and I are hoping to stay later in the year. Highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed the flat it was very cosy well stocked and Pam had left food and milk for us which was great. We would certainly recommend this place she was a very good host told us restaurants etc and places etc to go. We would certainly go there again she has become a friend to us. Fabulous flat. Described perfectly by Jus. Very clean beautiful interior. Everything you need. Loved the little extras like shampoo and conditioner and shower gel in bathrooms. Very comfy beds. Short walk to the end of the road to the beach. We brought our dog. He was well looked after with doggy treats and a fabulous dog friendly beach awaited. Even shorter walk to the high street with great restaurants. Jus is a great communicator and nothing was too much bother. Thoroughly recommend we’ll be back!

Steven’s place was lovely, felt right at home and was clean and spacious, he responded quickly when contacted and gave good recommendations on the area and as a bonus is in walking distance of most places, I will definitely be booking again on my next trip down!!

Sam's place was beautiful. My friends and I loved every moment at her place! The location and view is stunning, just a few minutes away from the beach and many other great spots. The apartment is so peaceful and spacious and the perfect place to wind down and relax. A perfect stay, we can't wait to visit again!

The host is an excellent communicator. Her AirBnB is beautifully presented, lovely and spacious and light. The bedrooms are very decent sizes. The accommodation is also incredibly well equipped; most of what you'd need for cooking and catering can be found in the kitchen; we had a baby bath, travel cot and high chair provided; and we were particularly pleased to make use of the beach trolley with its various chairs and buckets and spades and wind break, etc. The only downside is that, although it's beyond the owner's control, you can hear sounds from upstairs.

Such a fantastic place to stay with great hosts too!! It was only a short walk to the beach and to the shops which was perfect for our family. But it was equally wonderful to be able to sit in the flat and look out at the stunning view of the sea too. It definitely felt like a home away from home! Thank you Louis!
