nice clean place and have a great location

It was a hotel I was curious about every time I came here while studying in Angeles for a few years, so I tried it this time. I think it's pretty good if you can use this level, location, and parking at this price.

Clean and close to lots of local amenities. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed my stay

Definitely super host! Big nice TV with Netflix & great Internet. Good view from the bed. Room is well decorated & lots of little extra things make it nice. Several pools well maintained. Decent gym. Walkway connecting to the mall. 24 Mart. 2 laundry places. Massage parlor. Few food places all in the complex. Lots & lots of security. Friendly open doors for you etc. few things I could nitpick but only true problem was location traffic in the area takes a long time to go anywhere like at least 1 hour to go couple miles therefore making transportation costly. I will not be visiting Manila ever again but host & condo was great

The wifi is very good and the accommodation is very cost-effective. The disadvantage is that the location is a little remote.

Great value for the money. The jacuzzi is also good.

This was our second stay at La Grande and it was another 5-star experience. Between the staff and amenities, we have no complaints at all and plan on staying here again whenever we visit.

It's a two-bedroom apartment in a residential unit with many permanent residents. It's quiet, guarded and well-maintained - the unit and the whole building. There is zero direct sunlight on the unit at anytime during the day. The unit was served with one stand-alone fan and I never had to use the air conditioners. A large master bathroom with lots of shelf space - rare find. The first time I used the microwave there was a noticeable, permanent problem. I informed Sansu and she replaced the unit the next day. My stay was super. I enjoyed every day. I would certainly return.

Our stay at La Grande was excellent on all counts. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful with all of our needs. The amenities were exactly what we were hoping for! The location was perfect. No traffic or night life keeping you awake at night, while still being close to Malls, Street Walk, and downtown. We would love to stay here again whenever we return. 5 star rating!!!

Great place. Felt like I was at home. The host always helps and even gives advice on places in the area. Staff is super cool. Day shift guard is a super nice guy. If you want water go down the street where the gas station is family mom And pop shops that are hella nice, one time a lady asked if I wanted a shot and to sing while getting water. Super chill vibe. If you want a trike just walk outside and yell trike.

The place is good, has a good lighting and can be booked on grab. The bed is well made, and the place is clean. The internet connection is fast. The shower has a heater, and they had a bidet. The water pressure is good. However, the tv constantly loses its wifi connection and so we have to keep on reconnecting to wifi. The place is 3-5 mins to the nearest restaurants. The aircon is not as cold. This place is definitely worth the money, considering that it’s very cheap and the room is also quite large and has a complete furnitures, with sofa, chairs, hanger, countertop table etc. 4.5/5
