A refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, and electric kettle are available. The property is best suited for those who value peaceful living and an excellent location. The indoor swimming pool and downtown services are within walking distance. A peaceful housing cooperative.

Welcome to stay in a spacious apartment. The apartment is just a three-minute walk to Kirjurinluoto Arena (jazz, pop festivals, etc.). The park-like Kirjurinluoto outdoor area with its beaches is therefore very close to you. In addition, you are just a short walk from downtown services and the Puuvilla Shopping Center. The convenience store is on the other side of the road. There is a parking space in the yard that belongs to the apartment and on the road, in front of the apartment, there is more free parking.
