Nauti kauniista jokinäkymästä, ja lyhyestä kävelymatkasta keskustassa, kuitenkin ilman ydinkeskustan hälinää. Jokea pitkin kävelet myös mm. Kirjurinluotoon, Pori Jazzeille sekä kauppakeskus Puuvillaan. Rauhallinen ja moderni uudehko talo. Asunnossa on tiskikone, ilmalämpöpumppu, kahvinkeitin, oma terassi jokinäkymällä, oma parkkipaikka, taloyhtiön kerhohuone toimii pienenä kuntosalina. Lisävuoteet pyydettäessä: lasten matkasänky sekä aikuiselle levitettävä vierasvuode (hetekka tyylinen).
