Half-timbered house in Wehlen - Apartment

The town of Wehlen is located in the Upper Elbe Valley in the heart of Saxon Switzerland National Park. The tranquil health resort looks back on almost 800 years of history. The market house is a historic gem and is a listed building, designated as the first hostel of Saxon Switzerland. The house frames the market square in the reflection of the market church below the historic castle ruin. The vaulted cellars date back to 1527, while the main house was built in 1734 in the Franconian half-timbered style.

Unsere Ferienwohnung, mit Terrasse, für zwei Personen ist idyllisch, ruhig und doch zentral gelegen, mit Blick zur Festung Königstein. Hier haben Sie einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Erkundungstouren in die Felsenwelt des Elbsandsteingebirges mit seinen zu bezwingenden Bergen und wildromantischen Tälern. Zum Stadtkern und zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln S-Bahn, Bus und Schiff sind es ca. 15 Gehminuten.

Our apartment is located directly at the spa park in Bad Schandau. There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, the Toskanatherme, the Kirnitzschtalbahn, the historic Sendig lift or, for example, the National Park Center in the immediate vicinity. Directly from the property you can hike to the Schrammsteine, the Kohlbornstein or the Rathmannsdorfer lookout tower. All other highlights of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland can be reached quickly by car or public transport.

A comfortable and family-friendly apartment awaits you with a kitchen-living room, bedroom, shower and toilet. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. In addition, there are 2 additional bedding options. A travel cot for toddlers is available. The rooms are painted with natural colours and the wooden floors are treated with natural wax and are therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are allowed on request. A large balcony invites you to linger.

Wildly romantic and cozy by the rushing stream. A special overnight stay, suitable for 2 people. The apartment is located in the ambience of the Rathewalder Mühle, right next to the bastion and directly adjacent to the core zone of the Saxon Switzerland National Park. The famous Malerweg leads right past. Ideal for excursions to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, but also to the surroundings of Pirna and Dresden.

Shepherd's wagon tiny house - parking, garden, Wi-Fi

Our shepherd's wagon is located on our Kraxlerhof, in the middle of Saxon Switzerland overlooking the Ochelwände. With a lot of love, we have now completed our shepherd's wagon at the end of July 2022 for up to two people. All hiking destinations are easily accessible from our farm. We are happy to give you interesting excursion tips around the hiking region of Saxon Switzerland.

The apartment is about 24 m² and has a living room, as well as a kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is ideal for solo travelers. With small restrictions, it is also very suitable for 2 guests.

You will experience pure nature at our accommodation in the middle of the rock world of Saxon Switzerland. The wagon stands in a meadow, behind it are the sheep on the orchard, just behind the forest and the hiking trails to the rocks start. Note: Please bring my own duvet covers , sheets and towels. In winter it is super quiet, pure nature and really cozy with a fireplace.

Small bastion

From the apartment and the terrace you can enjoy the view of the Elbe and the rock landscape around the climatic health resort of Rathen. In summer you can cool off in the pool or sunbathe on the terrace. Small apartment suitable for 2 +1 guests. An extra bed can be placed on the sofa. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. You can look at the Elbe and the "Kleine Bastei"

A cozy two-room apartment in the upper left half of the surrounding house. The apartment has a separate entrance and its own terrace. ATTENTION: In the old building, the living room and bedroom only have a room height of 1.95 m. The car parking is located on the left side of the house next to the stream on the street.

Summer Refreshment

Our cozy apartment in a quiet location is on the first floor of our house. The fabulous hiking world of Saxon Switzerland begins right on our doorstep. For example, you can walk to the over 240 meter high Königstein Fortress in just 30 minutes. Day trips to Dresden and Prague are easily possible.
