Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Port Alberni

The place far exceeded our expectations. It was equipped with EVERYTHING we would have needed to not go anywhere the whole time. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking necessities, the kind beds in every room with vaulted ceilings made us feel like the boujee girls we want to be. The views were breathtaking and being able to have all of our meals outdoors with heat and covering made it so memorable. The house came with cars and outdoor games too to use on the nice open yard. It really felt like the place was ours. The icing on the cake was the chairs, wood and starters to make our own little beach fire right below the house and roast marshmallows while watching the sunset. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough! Definitely coming back!

absolutely loved the cottage, it was so beautiful and tranquil. it was incredibly well organized with everything labelled, and super clean. plus plenty of towels and blankets. the hosts were super kind and helpful, really quick responses, and we highly recommend trying some duck eggs during your stay.

Haining’s beautiful home is surrounded by nature, cute little towns, and the ocean just minutes away. Although we only stayed for one night, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, welcoming, and even had some board games which we enjoyed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay! The sauna, cold plunge and hot tub were awesome. Lots of space to hang out, cook meals and play board games. An easy drive or 10 min walk to amenities- great place, I’d come back again!

I recently stayed at Ashley's place, and it was an exceptional experience! The property was exactly as described (and even better in person). It was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, especially the view was amazing. I loved the closed huge backyard too because of my dog. Ashley was incredibly welcoming and providing clear communications. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. We definitely gonna stay at this place again. This time Summer.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained Airbnb. The accommodation was spotless, well-equipped, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. The backyard was especially lovely—a peaceful, private space that added so much to our experience. Tom was very clear and thorough with instructions, and  when we had a few questions or needed assistance, he were incredibly gracious and quick to help. Their balance of professionalism and warmth really stood out. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed stay in a charming setting!

Cecily’s place is so beautiful! Its matches the description, she is super proactive and left us clear instructions on how to check-in and what to do. It’s easy to get to amazing places like Hornby and Denmen Island for her place.

We had a great stay in Nanaimo at Michelle’s - she was always responsive and very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the coffee pods and tea. The space was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids - the living room is nice and bright with skylights so a sleeping mask is a good idea if you are on the pull out futon. The driveway is steep but once we got used to it had no issues.

We had a wonderful stay at Stu’s place. The apartment is peaceful and private but also in a great location. Stu is a great host- very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be back in the future!

Extremely well appointed with many items exceeding what one might normally expect to find in a holiday rental property. It’s a beautiful looking property on the inside and the outlook over the ocean is amazing. Quality bed linen was especially appreciated.

The Wetlands Suite, Inn The Estuary - Spectacular, Phenomenal, Wow are words that cannot express the beauty of this property. An immersive experience with nature. The artistry of the landscaping is thoughtfully considered with each rock, plant, and tree placed with purpose to provide a magical and natural place for rest and to recharge. Harold's inspired restoration has created a place in nature that calms the mind. The interior of the Suite continues the Wow upon opening the front door. Exceptionally large windows to draw your gaze out to explore the vast beauty of the wetlands. Perfectly situated furniture to marvel the great outdoors. Additionally, a private patio area to be wrapped in nature with bird songs through the day and frog calls at night. Simply, relaxing. We are thankful for the generosity of Harold, Marianne & Angela to share this space with us, and with others. A true treasure to be enjoyed, to relax, to calm. We will definitely visit again and recommend.

Wonderful Stay with an Exceptional Host I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! From start to finish, the host was incredibly communicative and responsive, providing clear and detailed instructions that made check-in and check-out a breeze. The space itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, uncluttered, and beautifully maintained. The bathroom was spick and span, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better, situated centrally with easy access to all the major shopping centres and amenities. It was perfect for exploring the area and grabbing anything we needed without hassle. Overall, a truly wonderful stay with a thoughtful host who clearly cares about their guests’ experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay!

We didn’t interact with Brian and Shauna but they reached out initially to let us know they were available, we just didn’t end up needing anything but it was nice of them to be in touch. The space is perfect for 2, spotlessly clean and well provisioned with all the basics. Very comfy bed, cozy deck with a beautiful view out over the water. Quiet neighborhood, the unit feels very private, and access to beaches, restaurants, hiking trails and more was super convenient. We had a great stay, no complaints at all.

One of the most well stocked Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at! We so appreciated having extra little things available like containers to pack some food with us for lunch. The notes about the significance of each of the art pieces was also a very special touch that made the space feel so meaningful. The ocean view is beautiful and we had lots of fun using the scope to birdwatch and check out the wildlife in the water!

This is our second time staying at this airbnb and we love it so much! The hosts are amazing, really understanding and super responsive. The place is super clean and well thought out. The perfect place to bring young kids with lots of supplies already there (highchair/pack and play/kitchenware/toys). The location is also amazing so close to the beach and the resort has lots of fun kid friendly amenities. We are definitely making this spot an annual trip! Thank you Nikki & Jenn!!

Beautiful place right on the ocean. It was great having the heated pool, hot tub and kids play area. A short drive to great cafes and bakeries.

Enjoyed the privacy of the unit and the beauty of Pacific Shores Resort. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes and pots and pans. Heidi communicated well with good information.

Staying with Chelsea’s place was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and lots of activities to do. We are planning to go back next year. Highly recommended!

Isaac was so thoughtful, when I inquired about a pack n play he said he’d buy one for us! He’s invested in making this place great for families and it shows! The setting is wonderful, so close to the amazing beach and nestled in a beautiful woodsy spot. The place was great - very clean and had everything we could need. The beach toys and gear was the cherry on top!
