Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Port Charlotte

I've had many Airbnb stays-- this is at the top of my list of favorites! We could not have had a better experience! Location is fantastic-- quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, downtown, park. The unit was beautiful, well appointed, full of amenities, comfy beds. Fantastic layout, laundry room is super convenient! Gorgeous back yard with private pool and hot tub. They have all you need for a day at the beach. There is so much attention to detail, I could not mention it all here! RENT THE GOLF CART! This was the highlight of my nephew's trip. :) It's SO much fun to ride around town, and so convenient! Tim was so gracious upon our arrival-- he took time to orient us to everything, took us for a ride to show us where everything is around town. He was super responsive, and just delightful to talk with. We felt right at home. We made friends with the family in the other unit and had a great time with them; we are keeping in touch! We can't wait to go back to Tim & Corinna's place!

Sunseeker is a beautiful new resort overlooking Charlotte Harbor. The condo was the nicest one I've ever stayed and the housekeepers do an amazing job each day.

Only stayed there overnight but it was a very comfortable, clean, welcoming. It was raining and it was quite cozy. The linens smelled really good. Would definitely recommend it to someone and I would definitely go back. Valentina was definitely proactive in texting us where we could find extra sheets, which we were looking for. It's small and cozy and has everything you need. I particularly loved the polished quartz countertop.

Casa De Sol was amazing!! So much room and loved the full kitchen!! It literally was a 2-3 mins drive to the beach and walking distance from good restaurants! Pop’s paradise grill was our favorite! The hosts were super responsive and nice! We would definitely like to go back!

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The house is exactly as described and it is SO spacious. It’s only 7 minutes from Manasota Key Beach and when you go, it has plenty of parking and amenities. Also, Joshua responded very quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Great stay. We love all the gulf canal neighborhoods and this one was no different! Great area. Not as busy as others we have been to, that is a plus for us. Good restaurants within just a couple minute drive, walk or bike ride. The house was great. Laid out well, comfortable and has pretty much everything you could need. We spent 90% of our time outside and really enjoyed the pool and fishing off the plentiful dock space. Overall, we’d be thrilled to stay here again and are thankful to have had a great few days in Punta Gorda and at this great home! Thank you Thais for sharing your home with us.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Luke was an outstanding host — incredibly friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His instructions for the home were clear and easy to follow. The house itself was perfect — spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with thoughtful extras that made us feel right at home. Every detail was carefully considered. The highlight of our trip was definitely the beautiful views and sunsets, along with relaxing by the pool and enjoying the hot tub — it was absolutely breathtaking and exactly what we needed to unwind. We absolutely loved staying here for the week! There wasn’t one thing that we wanted or needed that wasn’t already in the house for us when we arrived. It was very clean, the furnishings were quite comfortable and the mattress in the master bedroom was amazing! We felt right at home. Anytime I had a question, Brian responded almost immediately and he made sure to check in to ask if there was anything he could’ve done better during our stay. It’s truly 10/10.

The amenities were amazing. Everything we needed for a wonderful day at the beach or a pool. Umbrella , beach chairs, a wagon for on the beach, cooler, toys. towels and even some small life jackets. We flew down with a carry on. Everything we needed was at the house.

BOOK IT! Let me say I always filter my searches to "entire house" and was so enamored by the photos I failed to read through the entire description which states that this is actually two units, with another Airbnb guest directly above the space. But HOLD UP.... Hang in there... I was at first super concerned as we have a small crate trained dog who if she suspects someone is home she will whine and rightfully so, she wants out of her crate! I would never book an apartment, condo, shared space knowing this so I immediately thought our time spent would be a disaster. I was WRONG.... First the space is so clean and beautifully decorated you immediately feel at home. The outdoor area is a private oasis and if we didn't visually see cars parked on the upper half's designated parking area we would have never known they were even there! The location was perfection, the space was incredibly cozy so much so we immediately came back to the listing with plans to book another weekend there!

The host responded quickly to my text and requests. I have to ended my stay early due to AC cannot be fix quickly enough. But she refunded me. Thank you.

Clean, comfortable, nice mattresses. Very close to Boca Grande, which we love! Host was very responsive to our needs.
