Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Port Charlotte

Everything was fantastic! Lisa and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. No complaints!

This was our second stay at this Airbnb, and we love it. Great location, spacious, and it has a well-stocked kitchen, as well as beach supplies for guests to use.

I'll definitely recommend. The only issue is just that instead of the top stove they could of just put a full oven. Other then there's nothing to criticize. Nothing at all.

We felt that a few things could have been better clarified in the guide. 1. Guide startes "washing machine and separate dryer are in the utility room next to kitchen". Not so. Laundry facility is in the first building. Laundry room is pretty messy. 2. We figured out, hopefully correctly, that the whole back area from the 1st building to the last are "commons" area, since the beach area was not at our unit (#8). BBQ was not at our unit, but there were a couple in the presumably "commons" area. If this is so, we feel this should be mentioned in the guide. 3. Guide states propane tank is in the garage. There is no garage. 4. Safety concern - The deck could use some repairs. Screws and nails are loose. There is one board in which the end of one side has popped up. 5. Just a suggestion. Unit could use a full length mirror. Don't get me wrong. We enjoyed our stay, resident alligator and green iguana were a nice rustic addition.

As advertised… clean, updated and exactly what we needed. Enjoyed our stay. Will stay again!

Listing was as described. Was near the highway so some sound cut through but overall place was beautifully kept and felt right at home. No one bothered me as well so that’s a plus. I would return.

So modern and beautiful! The location was peaceful. A perfect stay with our pup. It was well stocked with everything we could’ve needed. Exceeded our expectations and would absolutely stay again.

Loved my stay with Te. She’s amazing and so is her place. The courtyard is so soothing with nature’s beauty. Close to the beach too! Hope to be back soon 😌

Very accommodating, home was very clean and nice,Very spacious. Very quiet area, the trees aloud for privacy in the back yard. Host responds fast, and efficiently! Definitely will be staying here again in the future.

Just as described. Clean. Smells good. Comfy. On the canal. Wish I would have brought fishing gear! Easy to get to. Food places close.

Inessa’s home in North Port was absolutely stunning! The house was pristine, with a quaint and beautiful layout, spotlessly clean. The pool was a magnificent highlight, and the home was well-equipped with plenty of towels, washcloths, coffee, tea, silverware, dishware, and cooking utensils. They even left water in the fridge for us! The king-size bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making our stay even better. Shops were close by, and Inessa was super responsive and easy to reach. We highly recommend this gem if you’re looking for something very nice and cozy! Delay’s home was absolutely amazing, clean, and perfect for our family of five. The kids felt right at home and adored this place. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, a park right up the street, and 7 minutes from the harbor. Lots of restaurants , stores, & gas stations within a 5 min drive.

We were very relaxed at this home because it felt like home. Home was completely and fully stocked with everything you needed. We even used items in the garage during our stay ( lawn chairs, floating devices and there were even fishing poles if we wanted to use). The HVAC and hot water tank looked new and the washer and dryer was great. In the event we ever travel in that area again I will definitely be staying at this home if it is available. For myself and my family Thanks Troy for making our stay easy and great!

Very impressive. It was nice and peaceful. A great place to stay with kids. The house is fully stocked. They even have kids toys and toys and floats for the pool.

This was my first time booking an Airbnb, and the experience was great. We chose the home because of its proximity to the Lemon Bay Golf Club, where our son participated in a tournament. The house was impeccably clean, and everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay, featuring a comfy bed and clean, fresh-smelling white towels. The kitchen was terrific and easy to use, and the Host was very helpful and readily available to help. It was genuinely an incredible experience

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

A brilliant birthday retreat in absolutely every way possible! Jennifer and John could not have been more accommodating: friendly, proactive, informative about local amenities and wonderfully supportive when we encountered car issues at checkout. Accomplished hosts, the apartment was immaculate, stocked with more goodies and equipment than we could possibly have imagined we might find and enjoy. A beautifully styled home-away-from-home surrounded by some stunning spaces to walk or drive to. It made our stay and the birthday we were celebrating, Thank you!

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. Thank you Judy! We really enjoyed our stay it was delightful sitting out looking at the Marina watching the boats and the Sunset! Cass Cay is a great place to get dinner, drinks and listen to great music! Met your neighbor Mark and his friends Jim and Debby very nice to meet and talk with them. Inna’s place is a very nice place for snowbirds. The pond in the back yard, the warm pool and nice neighbor were just what we needed. If we get a chance we would differently stay at the Pines at Deep Creek again. The only negative was the stairs but we did it for 6 weeks!
