Holiday rentals with a pool in Port d'Addaia

For a group of 6 this was perfect! Great location with stunning views, and easy access to the beach. The steps are not for the weak! Fab host, always very proactive and accommodating, couldn’t recommend enough! A tad noisy at times due to some minor renovation next door, but no complaints at all! Perfect overall

We were very pleased with the accommodation. There were no unpleasant surprises, and everything was as described/communicated.

Nous avons passés de super vacances avec mon fils. La saison n’avait pas encore commencé fin avril du coup c était très calme et nous avons pu profiter du terrain de paddel et de l’espace piscine. Une superbe plage était à proximité environ 3 minutes à pied. Le logement est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Une petite attention était là à notre arrivée ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Gabriele a été très réactif à mes messages et m’a donné pleins de recommandations. J’ai eu un problème avec ma voiture de location et heureusement qu’il m’a aidé. C’était des supers vacances. Si je reviens à Minorque j’y retournerais les yeux fermés !!

we are just back from an extremely enjoyable week in Carlo's villa. it was just as the photos showed it. a lovely house that we felt right at home in from the get go. the pool and gardens were excellent. peaceful, not overlooked and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. we barbecued on the patio and enjoyed our evenings there. kitchen was full of everything we needed and the lounge even had a record player. perfect. beds comfy. water hot. we thought it was a great location as a base. there's a hotel across the road for nightcaps. we walked to the beach at Punta Prima. had an excellent meal at Bambu. loved the bakery cafe at Cala Torret. even though we hired a car for explorering there is an excellent taxi service based out of Sant Lluis that Carlo gave us the number for. they were super quick and reliable and took us to Ciutadella and Mahon. we would definitely stay here again if we were ever visiting this part of Menorca. La estancia merece la pena en una casa tranquila y moderna. Superando nuestras expectativas, a Aaron darle las gracias por alojarnos. Quién sabe, si en el futuro, volvemos a la isla, contactaremos con él de nuevo.

Logement parfait pour se déplacer dans Ciutadella à pied ! Décoré avec beaucoup de goût ! Maison de ville au top, ! Juste parfaite au niveau agencement ! Le patio et la piscine très agréable ! Je recommande !

I cannot recommend this villa enough, the photographs do not do it justice- it felt much more spacious than in the pictures. We were a group of 6 adults and 1 baby and this had everything we could have needed and more! Odile was very responsive to my questions and even accommodated a slightly earlier check-in (we had a very early flight and a 6 month old baby), despite having been rented out beforehand. The rooms were large, airy and spotlessly clean. The decor was very tasteful. The outside space was fantastic with a larger pool than we have had before in villas. We spent most of our time outside when we were there and it was great to have options. We especially loved that we could walk to a lovely beach and shops and restaurants. We wanted a relaxing family holiday and that is exactly what we got. Having never been to Menorca before, we already plan to return and wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again (in fact, I think I would be disappointed to go anywhere else now!).

Un apartament ideal! Amb totes les comoditats, la cuina molt equipada i unes vistes genials del far. La piscina també estupenda. Hi tornarem!

Super séjour , je recommande ce logement surtout avec des enfants c’est parfait ! La résidence avec les piscines, le parc de jeux, le supermarché, la plage et des restaurants sont tout proches c’est génial. Rober a été très agréable et disponible :-).

We (gezin met 2 kinderen van 8 en 10 jaar) hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in dit fantastische appartement. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, duidelijk en snel met communiceren en geven je een zeer warm welkom (inclusief heerlijk zelfgemaakte koekjes). Het appartement is gezellig ingericht en brandschoon. En echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het appartement, er is overal aan gedacht. We hebben het ook erg gewaardeerd dat je bijvoorbeeld een koelbox mocht gebruiken. Er is veel aandacht besteed aan een verblijf met kinderen, er liggen allerlei spelletjes en speelgoed klaar en ook de tweede slaapkamer is met aandacht voor kinderen ingericht. We voelden ons direct thuis. De grote tuin is prachtig en er heerst een oase aan rust. Het zwembad is geweldig en heerlijk warm water. Er liggen allerlei handdoeken klaar, inclusief grote badlakens voor bij het zwembad. Deze locatie is echt een aanrader!

Had a lovely few days chilling in Jose’s apartment, which was fitted with just the right amount of equipment to self- cater. We didn’t however, apart from breakfast, as ate out locally in the restaurants near by which have lovely views of the sea. It was a lovely base though to read, watch a bit of television, or people watch from the balcony, with a drink. We also loved the beautiful gardens which you can look at while sunbathing by the pool, both of which are beautifully kept. Lovely hosts, would definitely return!

Met gezin 2 jongen kinderen In het verblijf van Jaume gezeten. Was een fijn en schoon appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Locatie was top er is veel te doen in de omgeving ook op loop afstand. Zwembad was erg fijn.

Un séjour parfait, rien à redire. C’est beau c’est propre, c’est de qualité. le personnel est accueillant, aidant et souriant. L’hôte est réactif et toujours très agréable. La vue et situation de l’appartement est parfaite. Nous avons été séduit et nous reviendrons l’année prochaine c’est certain.

Appartement super bien situé à 4min à pied de l’eau ! Une piscine ouverte à toute heure. Commerce à côté. L’hôte est super réactive avant et pendant la location. Logement identique aux photos super agréable il y a ce qu’il faut. Je recommande les yeux fermés ! Un super belle vue au réveil

Nous avons passé un excellent court séjour. La maison était impeccable et bien équipée, spacieuse et paisible; la personne de la réception très agréable. L'emplacement permet un point de départ idéal pour découvrir l'île. La piscine était grande et propre et toute la famille ravie. C'était vraiment trop court !

Fint og romslig hus med veldig bra beliggenhet. Rolig område uten støy på nettene, men samtidig nært både sentrum (havna) og strand. Bærer litt preg av at huset er stort, og derfor ikke helt nyvasket i alle rom. Badene bærer også preg av alderen, og er noe slitte. Uteområdet var helt supert! Vi hadde god plass til 11 stk rundt spisebordet, samt god plass til alle rundt bassenget (men kun 9 solsenger). Kommunikasjon med «key-holder» var veldig god, hun kom innom huset etter kun 10 min den ene gangen vi trengte det. Så snart stekeovnen ble brukt gikk strømmen i hele huset, og vi måtte slå av lys + aircondition for at strømmen ikke skulle fortsette å gå under matlaging. Dette var dog en enkel løsning på; da man bare måtte skru på sikringa i sikringsskapet utfor nabohuset. Totalt sett et rimelig og hyggelig opphold!

Es war ein schöner Urlaub in einem wirklich sauberen großen Haus. Die Betten waren super bequem und es war wirklich gut ausgestattet- bis auf Zahnputzbecher und evtl. Seife für die Ankunft. Es hatte auch einen tollen Aussenbereich mit fantastischem Blick. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter!

Es war wirklich super, die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage war top ich kann es nur empfehlen. Wir waren vier Personen, die Zimmer waren groß, es war sehr gepflegt, und vor allem fanden wir sehr schön, wie es eingerichtet war. Vielen Dank
