Nice completely renovated 35 m2 apartment located at the foot of the Vaugueux (historic district). Close to all shops (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, bars, shopping) and public transport (tram, bus). The train station is 1 km away. Paid parking spaces during the day at the foot of the building. Great for a stay to discover the city (marina, ducal castle, Ladies' Abbey) A market is held every Sunday in front of the accommodation, very pleasant on sunny days!
