Close to all shops (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, bars, shopping) and public transport (tram, bus). The train station is 1 km away. Paid parking spaces during the day at the foot of the building. Great for a stay to discover the city (marina, ducal castle, Ladies' Abbey) A market is held every Sunday in front of the accommodation, very pleasant on sunny days!
