Apartment close to the harbour of Port de Sóller

Recently renovated apartment in the heart of the fishing village area. Located on a second floor the apartment offers the best views of the harbour. Sunny all year around and in a quiet area within walking distance to all facilities. The apartment has two bedrooms, although the second one is very small and totally ok for small children. Fully equipped open plan kitchen that leads to the terrace. Great WIFI, great standard of facilities and comfort. A/C in both bedrooms, fan in living room.

Amazing property overlooking the Sea " Mestral"

The living area of approc. 80 sqm are divided into a large dining area/saloon with open kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and two terraces, one facing the sea, the other one facing the mountains and the village. The light living area is furnished with a sofa, table and chairs, satelite TV (Astra, mainly German channels), hifi-system with iPod-plug and DVD. The bedroom has a large bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe and access to the front terrace. The pool is shared with a second apartment of the house.

The house is isolated (without neighbors) but only 5 minutes by car from the town of Sóller.<br><br>It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with island and a glazed panoramic living room, all on one floor. This beautiful apartment on the first line of the sea has 3 double rooms, one of them with bathroom en suite. The other bathroom is located just down the hall. The kitchen (fully equipped) is open in the living room with views of the sea and promenade. Balcony / terrace and laundry area. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and in all rooms (hot and cold). . The only downside is that there are noisy bars nearby at night, especially in the summer.
