Walk or drive up the hill to the main beach featuring a restaurant that overlooks the beach and lagoon, lifeguards are in attendance and it is great for surfing/paddle boarding .

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room. This is the ideal holiday for a multi generational family. Fully kitted with an inverter and solar panels, as well as 3 x 5,000 litre jojo tanks filled with council water, you will never be without electricity or water. We have a beautiful swimming pool with sea views for days. Ramsgate main blue flag beach & Waffle House are just a 1km walk, taking the stone steps at the end of our street. Complimentary cleaning twice weekly.

San Lameer villa 2525 is a beautifully decorated holiday apartment accommodating 6 people. It has full bouquet DSTV, a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and aircon in all 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a bathroom en suite with a bath and a shower, and the second bathroom has a shower. There is a built- in braai on the veranda. Our stay at the beach home was absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable, with stunning ocean views right from the living room. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home.The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the outdoor grill was a great bonus. We loved spending our evenings on the deck, watching the sunset over the water.The beach was just steps away, and we enjoyed long walks on the sand and swimming in the ocean. The owner was very responsive and provided us with all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and check-out process.Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we would highly recommend this beach home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the sea.

Beautifully decorated with all amenities we needed. Jojos, inverter, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine & drier. Place was clean & tidy, & close to the beach. We are regulars at San Lameer & absolutely love the place. So much to do! Host didn’t respond to my initial billing queries, but responded immediately when we had electrical issues & sorted it out straightaway. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
