Spectacular views on the sea front, terraces, pool

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Apartment with an ocean view near the beach

The apartment with air conditioning has been completely renovated: The fully equipped kitchen found all the electrodomestics, the sinks have a congelador, lots of porcelain, vases and electrodomestics. In the large balcony with views of the sea you can see a comfortable salon and a comedor. Directamente detrás de la casa (tiene ascensor) found a parking space free of charge and there is a restaurant in the planta baja del edificio. The supermarket is only 200 meters away.

The apartment, in addition to being modern and beautiful, has all the accessories to be comfortable. We also had a welcome gift, which is always exciting. The views couldn't be better and the building's facilities are just as good. We are very happy with the place and Ander's service.

A wonderful bright apartment with a panoramic view of the sea on the 10th floor. The owner of the apartment Alejandro is very responsible, he met us personally in the apartment and handed over the keys, although it was approximately at 01:00 at night (special thanks to him for this), and on the day of departure he said that we could stay in the apartment longer than the departure time. A little noisy from the street, but this will be the case in absolutely all apartments located on the first line. In general, my family and I were 100% satisfied. I recommend!

Hello, the accommodation is great since we needed an adapted access for people with reduced mobility, this one was 100% compliant, as well as comfortable and everything as if it were new, very clean with all the necessary amenities that we did not need to use, such as the a/c, but they were there. if we had to repeat we would not hesitate thanks to Luis and his father for their help and attention

The apartment was located very central, ideal spot in-between the port end of Salou and more lively strip. What stood out was the closeness to the beach, literally 2 mins and you are on the beautiful promenade. We liked the pool as it was not overly busy even though we went in the school holidays. Morning time was best for a swim as the afternoon was busier with families. Sunbeds are available to rent for 1.50 a day if needed. The apartment is located on a side street and has a nice view of the prom and sea, we found it to be quiet even though it was on the street side. It has a nice comfy bed and pillows were very good. The place was spotless when we arrived and Jose made sure the aircon was on for our arrival. Jose was always available if we needed to speak to him and very friendly. I would highly recommend this property, very comfy clean and modern.
