Quiet and private apartment perfect for work, virtual meetings or long stays for professionals. Secure underground car park. Easy walk to supermarkets and cafes/restaurants for take away. Relax and explore from this home, located just a block and half from the beach. You're an easy tram ride into the CBD. Enjoy a short stroll to the local boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars. Our apartment is located towards the rear of the building with a North/West facing balcony. A large amount of occupants are owner occupied and it is a quiet and very safe building. Having had experience in the apartment/hotel industry, we have set this apartment up specifically to cater for our guests. It is very clean modern and fresh. We have sourced high quality furniture and artwork to ensure our guests are comfortable when staying at our apartment. We would suggest you get to know Bay Street where there are a plethora of options for keen foodies. If you like keeping fit, there are a number of mainstream gyms nearby, but why do that when you have the beach and great walking tracks just at your door step. The light rail / tram is so easy to the city, or simply walk or ride. One secure parking space is available onsite. Melanie's place is in a fantastic location, very close to the sea and many convenient facilities. The house was clean and well organized, and had all the necessary facilities, so we had no inconvenience in staying there. I cannot recommend David’s place highly enough. The unit is beautifully decorated with David’s wonderful artwork and has everything that might be needed for a short or long stay. It has a homely feel which is often lacking in Airbnb’s. The bedding is comfortable & warm, the smart tv and kitchen & laundry appliances are top notch. David has gone the extra mile with some thoughtful extras, including a guest book with local recommendations - his cafe and restaurant recommendations were spot on. The unit is well situated, walking distance to the South Melbourne market, shops, cafes and has a tram stop nearby with a short ride to the city. I would definitely stay here again.
