The apartment has 3 more balconies and features a safe, surveillance cameras, security doors, an intrusion detector and smoke detectors connected to the central office 24 hours a day. Imagine swimming, taking a paddle surf course, playing with your children in the sand, running along the shores of the Mediterranean, or simply enjoying the neighborhood's varied dining options. Security The apartment is equipped with a safe to store your valuables. There are surveillance cameras, security doors, an intrusion detector and smoke detectors connected to the central office 24 hours a day. 🏠 Apartment rules We welcome you and ask you to respect the neighbors' peace and quiet: avoid loud noises, slamming doors, and parties, especially after 10:00 PM. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation; if the rules are broken, you could be evicted without a refund. 🔑 Keys and check-out If you leave early, leave the keys on the table and close the door when you leave. Remember to always lock the door. If you lose the keys, there will be a €50 charge. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Please go outside if you need to smoke. 🌍 Energy saving We ask that you turn off the lights and air conditioning when you leave to avoid wasting energy. 🧺 Extra services We can offer cleaning or additional bedding if you request it when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The government applies a tax of €10.45 per person (over 16 years old) per night, up to 7 nights, which is mandatory to access the apartment. ⏰ Check-in Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you arrive later, please let us know. There is an additional cost depending on the time. Payment must be made in cash at check-in. Monday to Friday: from 8 pm to 12 am €40 From 12:00 AM, €60. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: until 8 pm €30 After 8 pm €60 ⏰ Check-out Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Let us know if you need to leave later, and we will do our best to offer you a late checkout, always subject to availability. This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.
