The apartment has 3 more balconies and has a safe, surveillance cameras, security doors, an intrusion detector and smoke detectors connected to the central office 24 hours a day. Imagine swimming, taking a paddle surf course, playing with your kids in the sand, running along the shores of the Mediterranean, or simply enjoying the neighborhood's varied dining options. Security The apartment is equipped with a safe to keep your valuables. There are surveillance cameras, security gates, intrusion detector and smoke detectors connected to the head office 24 hours a day. Apartment 🏠 rules We welcome you and ask you to respect the neighbors' peace: avoid loud noises, slamming doors, and parties, especially after 10:00 PM. It is not allowed to host more people than indicated in the reservation; if the rules are violated, you could be evicted without refund. 🔑 Keys and check-out If you leave earlier, leave the keys on the table and close the door when you leave. Remember to always lock. If you lose the keys, there will be a charge of €50. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment; please go outside if you need to smoke. 🌍 Saving Energy Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving to avoid wasting energy. 🧺 Servicios extra We can provide cleaning or extra bedding if you request it when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The government applies a tax of €10.45 per person (over 16 years of age) per night, up to 7 nights, which is mandatory to access the apartment. ю Check-in Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you arrive later, please let us know; there is an additional cost depending on the time. Pay in cash at check-in. This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.
