Very well conditioned and out in the trendy Barrio del Cabañal, close to everything and away from traffic and bustle! Apartment in the 40-square-meter Cabañal on first floor with a typical staircase of the construction of the 15-step Maritime Poblados de Valencia!. Staircase giving access to two apartments, both of my property. My daughter and I live upstairs with independent access. I'm available at all times through the app, 24 hours a day, for any kind of question or need.

Perfect for a couple or a couple with one or two children. We do not recommend for two couples or 4 adults as the bed and sofa bed are in the same room! For guests with no or bad reviews a deposit of 200€ is required upon arrival to be returned upon check out if no damage was done. Quite, authentic Spanish neighbourhood with bars and restaurants to try local dishes, tapas and paellas. Pharmacy, supermarket, bus, metro and city bicycle all within 5 minutes of walking.
