This place was amazing! Very affordable with lots to walk to. You are near great restaurants and still a short drive from the boardwalk so there’s always lots to do. Beach access was great and not too crowded or loud. Definitely recommend for a small peaceful trip!!

Incredible views from this super comfy condo! One of those places that immediately feels like home once you step inside. Super clean, very well decorated, and the location can’t be beat! Host was incredibly kind and thoughtful with a special request I had. 10/10 from me and my family!

My husband and I came into town for his grandma’s birthday and stayed at Lauren’s place for three nights. The apartment was absolutely perfect—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and so peaceful. We loved how quiet the area was, and the location couldn’t have been better—right across the street from the beach! We simply walked over every day. It was also close to great restaurants like The Garlic and Third Wave, and the pool was pristine. One small touch that really stood out to me was the Charmin toilet paper—such a thoughtful detail that made us feel right at home. We’ve already saved this listing and definitely plan to stay here again the next time we’re in town!

The place was very nice. We enjoyed the beautiful nature boardwalk and beach walk everyday. The kids enjoyed the gym and pool. It was a family friendly place and nice people. The house had everything we need. The master bathroom was spacious and very comfortable bed that gave us very good sleep every night.

We all had a wonderful time. Our hosts Brad and Sarah were great and they responded timely. The accommodations and the facilities were great. The children had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back again.

Great place! Super accommodative, right on the beach, and 10 minutes from almost everything! Super nice front desk people as well, they were super helpful and kind!!

The unit was very clean. The location was perfect for us and I appreciated the underground parking with a designated parking space. The private terrace provided a great ocean view and some protection from the direct sun if needed. The host even provided some snacks when we arrived. I am looking forward to visiting again later this year.

This was an amazing place! We love New Smyrna & this beachfront condo had everything you need at the beach! There were even brand new binoculars that we used to watch the dolphins in the ocean.

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the past decade and Megan's beachfront condo ranks among the best experiences we have had. The floor plan was perfect for our family of four. The furnishings, appliances, and interior design are all modern and well-maintained. Everything is faithful to the pictures. The welcome bag (with a nice breakfast option included) and fully stocked kitchen made it effortless for us to settle in. Often times we have to check in and go right back out to the store to cover some basic needs, but Megan had everything covered for us! Overall, it was a delightful trip. Beautiful views of the ocean and river. Nice condo amenities. No-hassle parking. Beach access a few steps away. Great restaurants north and south within a short drive. We were in town to visit family and send our kids to the Pure Life surf camp (right next to the condo). We have decided to make this an annual tradition. Definitely will be back!

Had a wonderful time , loved the location and the view. I’m sure I will go back in the future for another mini vacay. It was my first time with a airbnb and it went flawless from check in to leaving. Thanks for the wonderful time.

There was so much for everyone to do! We very much enjoyed ourselves! So many extra amenities like pool, tennis, basketball, swimming. Not to mention being on the 22nd floor facing North West we had the most perfect views all around! If you don’t want to leave there is a great restaurant in the building!

Daniela was a fantastic host! She was always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. While the windows were boarded up due to renovations (which we were informed of ahead of time), a couple were removed before we left, and we got to enjoy the absolutely stunning view—so worth the wait! The space was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay with Daniela again!

The property was exactly as advertised and the hosts were lovely! So communicative and proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed. We had to book the property very last minute due to a family emergency and they were incredibly accommodating. It was perfect for our family and gave us a beautiful home to spend time together and socialize. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was fully equipped for family dinners. Would highly recommend!

Really great place! Sadly the door code didn’t work at first when we got there, but Will was very quick to respond and helped us out. After that we didn’t have a problem the rest of the trip, and the house itself was very nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more!! We will definitely try to stay here again in the future. 😁

Instructions for check-in were given well in advance of us arriving. Everything was clearly laid out and the place was in beautiful working condition that we never needed to reach out. Lots of beach gear provided that we never unloaded ours from the car. The 5 adults in our family had plenty of space to spread out and relax, and everything felt very homey. Throughout our week stay, we kept saying “when we stay here next time…”

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting my Mother-In-Law at John Knox Village, which is 5 minutes away. Local hotels are not nice and this provided a perfect substitute, and just what we needed. The RV park, though densely packed with RVs and tiny homes, was perfectly peaceful, quiet at all hours, clean, and safe. The pool was clean and mostly unoccupied. Marc’s tiny homes offer comfort for short or long term stays. We stayed for 10 days, but could be comfortable for longer. The location offers easy access to the highways, shops, and surrounding cities. Only 45 minutes to Daytona. Kitchen has plenty of pans and utensils to cook small or larger meals without issue. We will book a stay with Marc again and look forward to doing so.

I felt right at home here. The condo had everything we needed. I liked the security of the private parking and locked entrances. The master bedroom area, including the master bath, were my favorite place to relax second to the private balcony with ocean views. The place was clean and exceeded our expectations. I loved the openness of the kitchen, dining and living room area. I would love to stay here again! Thank you again 🙏

Bernadette and Dave's place was very clean and in very peaceful surroundings, exactly what I was looking for. Check-in was extremely easy and the hosts were responsive and proactive with all communication. Would recommend to friends and family and would definitely book again!

Very pleased! Host communicated very well. Not that we needed to reach out, as everything had been well explained. Absolutely zero issues, other than being too busy to spend more time enjoying the house. We really appreciated the extras like the pool table and record player. The location was great as it was only 10 minutes from the speedway, yet in a nice and quiet neighborhood. After a long day out in the sun, the rain shower head felt amazing. The robes were a nice surprise. The kitchen had everything I needed. Traveling with two young teens can be stressful at times, but they had plenty of room to stay out of each others way and plenty to do. Checkout instructions were so simple. Literally perfect stay! I would love to go back sometime for a relaxing stay when we could just chill at the house. Thank you so much!!!
