Clean, comfy and warm. In a great location & has all the amenities you’d hope for when staying down the peninsula.

We had a great stay at the property, with Marta super responsive from the moment I booked the property to after check-out. The property was immaculate, with so many great hints and tips placed around the house to make sure we knew exactly what everything did, etc. The local restaurant suggestions were top notch too!

Absolutely loved our stay at Olinda Woods Retreat! Emma was incredible throughout every stage with excellent communication and going above and beyond. She included lovely breakfast provisions (also catering to dietary requirements). Emma's dad popped by to welcome us and did an incredible job making the gardens look immaculate! We had some photos taken for an elopement style wedding and were absolutely thrilled with the accommodation and gardens! Can't wait to return, hopefully for our 1 year anniversary next May!

Great location and neighbourhood. A few minutes’ walk to St. Kilda beach. The house is cozy with a lot of sunlight. Nice decor.

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

A great spot with Views, Privacy and Space. Lots to do and central to the Mornington Peninsula. We had three family’s share the space for a birthday weekend and enjoyed the fireplace, open kitchen, vineyard walk, baloneys and great amenities. I would defiantly recommend and stay again. Perfect for a large group.

Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

We had a great time at the Portarlington National Celtic festival over the June long weekend. To top this off our very comfortable accommodation was a highlight. The Hosts have put so much effort to make their place a home away from home and it shows with every thoughtful detail . We loved our stay at Michelle’s. This place is 5stars, beautiful touches of thoughtful items for guests, condiments, oils and a stocked pantry of useful items for cooking, beautiful crockery and fluffy towels. The bed is super comfy, couch and sitting area was great to relax after day exploring, working etc. University just around corner and work space perfect to catch up on study, work etc. Walking distance and easy access to the city centre and Queen Victoria markets We will be back and recommend this place to couples when they are in Melbourne. Michelle thinks of the guest experience at all times, with so many nice/thoughtful items. Thanks Michelle for hosting us. Beautiful place.

We loved our 3 night stay at this beautiful, cosy, warm loft-style apartment in vibrant Armadale. Close to fantastic cafes, restaurants and shopping. Our host also generously provided some yummy food items too. One standout feature was the log fire. We would definitely return to this lovely property.

Comfy and cozy accomodation in a great location. The airbnb was in a great spot and was super clean and tidy. Alison was well accomodating with check in and check out times to ensure we could be ready for out even in time. Great stay

I had a lovely stay at Boonaview at The Victoria. The place was just as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Ruth was a wonderful host—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. I really appreciated her clear communication and warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The place is great, very clean and Steve is a great host. Steve is extremey responsive and considerate. The house is very close to nature and we really enjoyed the spa specially our son. The only thing that could be improvide is the kitchen and its preparedness to host guests who plan to cook for exemple having more utensilis.

Beautiful home and setting that is close to near by towns and attractions…will be coming back in the future 😊

If you’re looking for a luxury escape this it certainly it! A modern home which has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The master suite has the most comfortable bed and an ensuite which simply must be seen to be believed. The pool and spa were great, love the temperature of the spa for cool days and evenings.

We loved staying here, we didnt want to leave. Property was absolutely stunning. Hosts were so lovely and welcoming. Would definitely come back again.
