Our guesthouse is separate to the main house, giving you privacy and space. You will have access to our spacious al-fresco area with BBQ and outside dining. Simply relax beside the pool, read a book in the private backyard, or spend your days at the beach or exploring. We have 2 boogie boards and pool floats you’re welcome to utilise during your stay.

Studio Lu.

Studio Lu is a unique and cozy space and is 800m from Nelson Bay cbd, restaurants,the marina,cafes and clubs.Shoal Bay is less than a 10 min drive. You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!

ZALA is Anna Bay's modern coastal guest house with breath taking views over the ocean, tucked away in the prettiest quiet pocket of Anna Bay. Lounge in comfort in the spacious living room opening onto a large sunny deck overlooking the luscious native garden. Everything is provided for your comfort, including a light continental breakfast, coffee, tea and snacks, fluffy robes and top quality bedding, sheets and towels. Beach chairs and towels also provided.

Koala Capital

Your own private space detached from the house. Park your car at the front door. Meters from the Lemon Tree Passage bowling club. A 10 minute walk to 3 cafe's and Poyers waterfront dinning. Search for Koalas and Dolphins along the waterfront walks or watch movies on the 64 inch TV. Max 2 people, 25min drive to the Airport, 40min drive to Newcastle. 40 min drive to Port Stephens. Sorry no pets. WiFi is available. Friday night entertainment at the Bowling Club could be loud.

HighTide is a purpose built apartment and is relatively new to the holiday rental market. The locals refer to our beach as Little Salamander Beach and because of the beautiful white sand, calm water, paperbark trees and amazing sunsets all year through, we are the envy of many people who continually return to our patch of paradise.
