It has a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), a living-dining room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed (160 cm), and a bathroom with a shower. The terrace has a large outdoor table and a seating area under the porch, a barbecue and two lounge chairs, with beautiful views of the mountains and the sunset. Great for couples or families. The indoor dining room connects to the kitchen with a breakfast bar, equipped with everything you need (ceramic stovetop, oven, toaster, juicer, washing machine, etc.). The terrace can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom. The lounge leads to a covered area with a large table where you can enjoy a pleasant meal and after-dinner conversation. Next to it, there is a barbecue available to guests. The room faces the open area of the terrace, with two sun loungers where you can relax and/or sunbathe. - The guest is not expected to clean the apartment, but they are expected to clean what they have used, particularly the kitchen. -Dogs are allowed, as long as they are properly trained and kept on the terrace.
