Suzon - Pool - St Emilion - Bordeaux

PascalRating, 5 starstoday
Stayed with my family for a week at Sylvie's accommodation. We deliberately chose a quiet environment because of our 5-month-old baby. The accommodation is a 25-minute drive from Bordeaux, so you can quickly reach the city. Also very easy to reach from the highway. The studio is very clean, looks very new and is equipped with most comforts. Communication with host Sylvie, went very quickly. Usually responds within a few minutes and gave clear instructions on how everything works. Due to the warm weather, we were given a fan, despite the fact that the studio remained reasonably cool with sun-resistant curtains. We recommend the accommodation to anyone who is looking for a quiet stay, but still wants to go somewhere in this part of southern France.

Villa with amazing view – Stay for two people.

Graziella is lovely. So helpful being flexible on check in (when I was stuck in traffic!) and check out and super helpful throughout my stay. The house is lovely - very spacious and the view from the bedroom and the terrace is stunning. Not enough time to see everything so will just have to come back!

La Tour at Château Laroque Dubos.

After a warm welcome, we settled in to spectacular scenery, peaceful surroundings, and all the comforts of home. The kitchen is well equipped, the living and outdoor areas have plenty of seating for sharing with friends, and our kids enjoyed visiting with the friendly resident cat. Communication was prompt, and our hosts were available on site but never intrusive. Our only regret is not staying longer. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Countryside house with pool

Carolynne and Emmanuel were fantastic hosts, nothing was too much, they were discrete, and helpful with recommendations. The gite is beautiful, with a gorgeous garden and pool. And it was spotlessly clean. Couldn’t recommend it enough - thank you both!

Experience the good life at a working wine Chateau

GwennRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Probably the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Diana and her husband Steve were dream hosts – so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Even prior to my trip, Diana offered day-trip suggestions, which helped me explore the beautiful Bordeaux countryside in which their delightful chateau and vineyard are located. The unique guest apartment (attached to the main house) is spacious, spotless, and super comfortable. I appreciated all the special touches: the sweet welcome note, robe and slippers, breakfast basket with fresh croissant and jam, informative and entertaining wine tour conducted by Steve, and – the best of all – a sampling of their own Bordeaux red and white wines. Delicious!! If you have an appreciation for good wine, history, the contemplative life, and genuine people this is the place for you. I would return Chateau La Corne in a heartbeat and give Diana and Steve my highest recommendation!
