Excellent accommodation! The flexibility in check-in was a big plus, which made me more relaxed on my arrival. The location is amazing, it is next to PUC, which makes it much easier to get around, and is also very close to supermarkets such as Carrefour and several restaurants. The accommodation itself is super complete, with all the necessary utensils, which made the stay even more comfortable. In addition, the hosts, Diego and Isabel, were very attentive and helpful, always available to help and answer any questions about the accommodation and the city. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

The place is the same as the photos, recommended and Lucianne the most!!! It helps you in everything, very attentive 100% recommended.

Great location, with lots of shops nearby and a wonderful square in front. It met our needs very well and we highly recommend the space. For those who have pets it is wonderful, as it has a space in the front that is very well enclosed so that the pets can have fun and you can sit in the shade of the tree, which is delightful.

I was greeted and had all the contact with Vera, who was previously indicated by Rosemary. Vera was incredibly helpful, kind, and proactive. No hostess could be better. The apartment is very well maintained and equipped, with a washing machine, microwave, stove, television, fan, etc. It is on a quiet street, but with a lot of activity in the vicinity. I found the amount charged for the rent quite advantageous for the guest. I'll probably be back.

My stay was simply alohomora for the heart! As soon as I entered, I felt transported straight into the magical world – as if I had boarded the Hogwarts Express! The cleaning here is Ministry of Magic level ✨ Not even McGonagall's room is so tidy! Every detail was clearly made with great affection - it seemed that Professor Sprout herself helped with the decoration, with the warmth and soul of Hufflepuff! 💛 The hostess is a real gift from Hagrid! Attentive, kind and with a touch of magic that makes all the difference. It's probably from the Lufa-Lufa house, because her heart is huge! 🌟 I recommend it with my eyes closed (or blindfolded, as in a game of Quidditch with fog). If you are looking for a magical, fun and loving experience, this is the place. I already want to go back with my cape, wand and, who knows, a chocolate frog in my backpack! 🪄🍬 ⚡️ Rating: 11/10, because this place is more than magical – it's enchantingly perfect! My stay was excellent! The accommodation is extremely comfortable, in a quiet environment and very well located. Everything was impeccably clean and the structure offers everything you need for a practical and pleasant stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone!

Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.

Very nice apartment, with a great location. Very clean place and perfect, cozy accommodations. A great market and Drogaria Panvel in the mall, with the ease of just going downstairs and enjoying, with some great restaurants and cafes. I recommend it to everyone.

Pamela and Edgar were incredible responsive. I needed a couple of things and they promptly provided. Not to mention the communication with Pamela before I got to the apartment. I’d definitely recommend and rent again if I need to.

I had a spotless experience! The apartment is extremely clean, smelling and super organized, with everything thought out in the smallest detail. The location is wonderful, with an amazing view of the Redemption Park — perfect for those who like nature and tranquility in the heart of the city. The host was extremely proactive and helpful from start to finish, always available and attentive. I felt truly welcomed. Without a doubt, one of the nicest places I've stayed in. Great apartment. Very good location!

The apartment is exactly as seen in the photographs. The building is very recent and well cared for, with security 24 hours a day. The facilities are fantastic, as are the swimming pool and leisure area at the top of the building. The area is very quiet. Near the historic center and close to the Shopping Mall, which has restaurants and market. From enjoying the Orla for some walks.

Our stay with Laura was fantastic. In addition to the beautiful view, before we arrived we received clear instructions regarding access, and later any questions we had were promptly answered by the host. The apartment has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable and practical stay, and corresponds exactly to what was advertised. We hope to be able to count on this excellent space again!

The place is exactly as it is described, it is in a super well located and quiet place of the city. Also, I was well received and I was stranded with the space, a very beautiful place.
