The property sits proudly above the coastal path just a stone’s throw from the ocean and a charming little beach. The larger beach of Casa Boa is only a 5 m walk from the house. La Casita de la Playa is located in the middle of Ria de Arosa and on the beachfront. Ample parking in front of the house. Five minutes by car from downtown Boiro and fifteen minutes on foot, forty-five minutes from Santiago and one hour from the main tourist attractions of the Rías Bajas and the Costa da Morte. The 3 km promenade starts 100 meters from the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and without adjoining houses. Keys are delivered by hand both at check-in and check-out.
