A converted stone watermill at the bottom of a small valley, between two waterfalls. Walking in, you half-expect to have stepped back a century. The sound doesn't stop—it follows you to sleep and is the first thing you hear in the morning. You leave the car on an old bridge above and walk down a short rustic path; below it, the property opens up. Two villages and a small market sit a hundred meters back, reminding you civilization is still out there—but down here you're in your own world.

Tico Retreat

An ideal beach house, ideal to relax and enjoy peaceful holiday. The house is well equipped people, with comfort and good commodities. It has a nice garden, with an amazing view over the ocean, a picnic area and viewpoint in the outside area and a barbecue all private. There is also an outside shower (but please do not use soap or shampoo). All you see in the pictures belongs to the house and it's only for the guests. You will for sure love this place!

Casa São Miguel - Maia, Azores

From January 1, 2025, the municipal tourist tax will be charged at a rate of 2 euros per guest per night. The respective fee will be due up to a maximum of 3 consecutive nights per guest. Children up to 13 years old are exempt from the municipal tourist tax. The fee will be charged at the time of the stay, at the respective accommodation or through the Airbnb Resolution Center.
