Beautiful/cozy by the sea (citra 008031-LT-0833)

Located a few meters from the beaches (see photo location) 1st floor (15 steps). Renovated and maintained with care and constant maintenance, it is cozy and comfortable. The house has two bedrooms, but if the reservation is for two people, the second bedroom will not be accessible to guests. The neighboring parking lots are free in the winter, while in June there is a 2/4 hour parking disc zone. Free parking is available within a 5-minute walk near the municipal swimming pool or the former station.

The shell with a sea view

Located in Imperia, the sea view shell is an apartment of about 90 square meters equipped with a large equipped terrace where you can enjoy meals with a breathtaking view of the sea. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and free parking. There are two private bathrooms and a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven,… . It also has 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed. The sea view shell is a 35-minute drive from Sanremo and 55 minutes from Monte Carlo.

Loft with AC, WiFi & Bike Storage 50m from Beach

The house is located in a quiet area about 30 meters from the sea. Once you have parked the car you can move by foot to go to the seaside, to eat in one of the typical restaurants in the area or just to do the shopping. In fact there is a supermarket nearby and many shops in the closer Via Cascione. The medieval area of Parasio is easily reachable being just 10 minutes away on foot as the entrance to the cycle path which will allow you to move from Imperia to Ospedaletti.

!Read the house rules! Fantastic apartment with a full sea view. It consists of a large room with a balcony facing the sea, a large kitchen with a balcony, and a spacious double bedroom. La Consi - 100 meters from the sea

The apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building in Porto Maurizio, without an elevator. There is a nice terrace where you can smoke, inside it is forbidden. The parking under the house is reserved only for residents, you can stop a few minutes to unload your luggage, but I recommend leaving the car in the "Piazzale Lungomare Marinai d'Italia" (large free parking), about 300 meters from the apartment.

A scenic terrace offers panoramic views of the marina and coastline, with boats dotting the water. A small table and chairs are positioned on the balcony, inviting relaxation. The sky features a mixture of clouds and blue, enhancing the overall tranquil atmosphere.
