Holiday rentals with beach access in Porto Novo

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben einen Schnorschel-Ausflug vor Ort gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Iria hat uns tolle Tipps und Empfhlungen gegeben.

Excellent séjour, appartement semblable à la description, quartier très agréable, et l’accueil de l’hôte très chaleureux. Si je devais revenir à Sao Vicente je resterai à ce même appartement!

Le logement était impecable! Propre et soigné! Très bien équipé, belle décoration! Emplacement idéal, joli quartier, de bons restaurants, une belle vue! L’arrivée a été plus qu’idéale, Irina a été d’une gentillesse inégalable!! Nous recommandons ce logement à 200%!!

Un séjour exceptionnel chez Nelly et Japser ! La vue est à couper le souffle, la résidence est sécurisée, calme et très bien entretenue. La piscine est superbe, idéale pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. Un lieu vraiment reposant, parfait pour recharger les batteries. Et un grand merci aux hôtes pour leur réactivité et leur disponibilité tout au long du séjour. Je recommande vivement !

Wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect, we did all of our day trips from here and saw most parts of the island.

Angela was a great host. Always and responsive for anything we may have needed. the location is great and you can easily access the city centre by foot. The house was very comfortable with plenty of facilities and a lovely view at the sea.

El apartamento es amplio, cómodo, luminoso y está muy bien ubicado, frente a una placita con bancos y palmeras, y a solo 2min del paseo frente el mar. La cocina está bien equipada y todo muy limpio. Marie fue una gran anfitriona, muy cercana y amable. Ella y Arlindo viven en el piso de arriba y se muestran abiertos a ayudarte en lo que puedas precisar.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l’appartement de Manuel ! Le logement était très spacieux, confortable et parfaitement équipé ! Manuel est très réactif et toujours prêt à aider ou à donner des conseils pour visiter la région ! Je recommande ce logement !

Nous avons logé au sein de cette jolie maison en plein cœur du village à 8 personnes pendant 4 jours. Toutes les pièces sont très agréables et avec beaucoup de charme. La vue mer est magnifique. Les locaux sont très accueillants, notamment Gabi et Véronica qui sur place ont géré notre accueil. Nous avons mangé au restaurant de Véronica tous les soirs, sa cuisine est excellente et elle a pris soin de varier les repas (il y a très peu de choses dans les épiceries pour cuisiner sur place). Nous avions un chauffeur pendant nos 4 jours qui a pu nous recommander de belles randonnées et nous a réservé nos repas du midi. Il nous a manqué du savon et des serviettes de douche, mais rien de bien grave pour nous. Si vous souhaitez être dépaysé et en immersion au cap vert, c’est chez Odile qu’il faut aller. Nous avons adoré !

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cette villa ! La vue sur la mer et les montagnes est à couper le souffle. L’accueil était exceptionnel, et nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis chez nous. Les chefs à domicile étaient incroyablement gentils et ont préparé des repas délicieux. L’expérience était véritablement luxueuse, et nos hôtes étaient toujours disponibles et réactifs, offrant d'excellentes suggestions pour profiter de notre temps sur place. Du début à la fin, tout était parfait. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour mémorable ! 🌞

Schöne, moderne Wohnung etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, ca 5 min zu Fuß zum Stadtstrand und etwa 10 min ins Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig eingerichtet, sauber und hat alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Angenehmes Bett und Dusche mit ordentlichem Wasserdruck. Empfehlenswert! Deborah ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr einfach und schnell.

Liliana is a very heartwarming host, quick to respond to your questions and helpfull in aiding your trip around Saõ Vicente. Couldn’t have wished for more. About the appartment. It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Mimi et Thierry, une très belle rencontre et le lieu est juste magique !!! Une petite maison décorée avec goût , un sentiment de quiétude, et à quelques pas le village authentique où l'on peut boire un verre au son des graines d'awalé manipulées par les joueurs locaux .... une belle expérience d'immersion . et un site hors du temps qui appelle à la détente !!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this unique, three-level flat with a quirky minimalistic design and a touch of artistic flair. It’s a space that feels both comfortable and inspiring — perfect for anyone who enjoys something a little different from the typical rental. Storage your food well as there are ants! The communication with Hugo, the owner, was excellent. Even though he lives abroad, he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Mizzy, who is onsite and manages everything locally, was fantastic — friendly, proactive, and quick to assist with anything I needed (sadly does not speak English so be patient). There was a temporary internet slowdown during my stay, but it was resolved within a day thanks to their quick action. The flat is in a safe area, just a short walk from the Marina and very close to two supermarkets (less than 2 minutes away). However at night, it’s wise to be cautious everywhere in Mindelo — travel with others or take a taxi

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Carolina. Elle et sa famille sont des hôtes accueillants, aimables, réactifs et flexibles. J’ai pu logé quelques jours dans le logement puis partir à Santo Antao et revenir quelques jours ensuite, ce qui était très pratique. L’appartement était très propre, en plus d’être bien situé (plage à moins de 5min, gare maritime et centre à 10-15min à pieds). Je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci encore

Holden a été un hôte au top : souriant, gentil. Il a toujours répondu très rapidement à mes messages et m’a donné d’excellents conseils. Son appartement est une vraie pépite : propre, décoré avec goût, tout était impeccable, rien ne manquait. J’ai vraiment adoré la déco ! Si je reviens, j’y retournerai les yeux fermés. Je recommande son logement à 2000 % Bravo Holden , bonne continuation. Sophie

Geweldig appartement om met een gezelschap te verblijven, ruimtelijk. Fijne keuken en supermarkt op nog geen 1 minuut wandelen. Het appartement ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen vanaf het centrum. Het is een prima wandeling je bent er zo. Host is super vriendelijk en reageert snel, je kunt hem alles vragen!

The Airbnb stay was absolutely amazing from the location being so close to the beach to having a well equipped gym inside the building along with a great restaurant. I would definitely come back to this location again I mean, I literally was scheduled for Zumba at the gym. It was super dope and I would definitely revisit this Airbnb location again. The walk to the beach is very short however, if you would like to take a taxi you can, but I walked after the first day towards the beach and beyond the beach area for food and everything.
