mouzi house - matosinhos

House with a history of more than 80 years, recently remodeled in the city center of Matosinhos, 500 meters from the beach, close to the metro stop and all the necessary amenities. The house is suitable for 4 people and consists of two double bedrooms and an office. There is a staircase at the entrance, as it is on the 2nd floor. NOTE: A work is currently taking place across the street, and there may be some noise from 8 am to 5 pm, working days. The house is very soundproofed.

Vintage House

“Vintage House” is an independent house dating back to the 1920s, located in the heart of the city of Porto. Fully rehabilitated, this house tells a story of almost 100 years of existence in proximity to both the historic center of the city and the riverside area of the Douro River. Throughout your stay, and within walking distance of about 20 minutes, you can take in the city in all its history and culture, as well as enjoy all the natural beauty of the river and sea.

It’s a 10,000 m² property with 2 independent houses, one occupied by the owners. Guests have exclusive access to the pool, football field, and game room (billiards, foosball, and ping-pong). We offer private tours to the Douro Valley at an extra cost. A city tax of €2.50/person/night is charged at check-in (from age 16, up to 7 nights).
