You will have a kitchen/living area, a sleeping area with 140 x 190 bedding with storage. Bathroom with large shower and washing machine. As the construction is very recent, the vegetation could not work a miracle to hide the view, the neighborhood is very nice.

The car is essential to get to the beach or the city.
