Andy and Wendy were the perfect hosts! Super friendly and helpful. There annex was perfect for a few nights while I visited family in the area. Lovely little private space with everything you could need and close walking distance to many amenities and transport. Thanks for a wonderful stay, would definitely book again!

The room was lovely and Catherine had thought of everything. The house is beautiful and the location is lovely. Catherine was great at communicating. I would highly recommend staying here.

This place for us was a home away from home, from the children's toy areas to the chilled adult spaces and great garden for them to run around. We really enjoyed our time here and it really couldn't have been better. The welcome gifts were very great fully received and we loved the quiet peaceful area and proximity to the supermarket. A big thank you for a great weekend!

This house was perfect for a family holiday especially with young children. The hosts kindly have lots of toys and games available in the house and a good play area in the kitchen diner, plus a selection in a very private and safe garden. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment, which is often lacking in airbnbs, so you can cook properly. location was also great, short walk to a big park with play ground and cafe(nice breakfast there too) and a bit further too hive lagoons with things to do for kids of all ages. Mark the co host was very responsive and attentive through out. 5 stars! Laurence

Ricky was a great host and outlined all the relevant information we could need before we arrived. Check in couldn’t have been easier and the place was spotless. Really appreciated the small amenities like coffee, milk, towels, hair dryer etc. The shower was great, the bed was extremely comfortable, it was round the corner from the train station but also the road the house is on was still quiet, well apart from the seagulls but it is Brighton 😅 House was a nice temperature, everything worked, WiFi worked great. Decor was tasteful and uncluttered, the little outdoor patio area was cute. Really can’t fault anything at all.

Really nice room in a residential area. Parking was easy and the amenities were great!

Lovely stay in the flat - place was clean and tidy and felt right at home. Buses are within a 5 min walk so getting into Brighton town centre/beach by public transport was easy. 10/10 would stay here again

We had a wonderful night away in the jungle apartment! The space was gorgeous and really well decorated. We only stayed the night but would have loved to have stayed for longer! Bed was comfy enough, amenities were fab, the only downside was the shower was a bit temperamental and awkward to use. It didn’t damper our stay, however! I booked this place to celebrate my partner and I’d engagement after proposing in the Brighton, the city that we first met 4 years ago! Thanks so much for hosting us, Vanessa. I’ve now left with a fiancée!

Great flat, just off Western Road, so close to everything and just a couple of minutes to the beach. Well equipped and clean, with everything you need. Great communications from the owners

Our stay at Peter’s was faultless. Both had a very relaxed and pleasant stay; the flat felt instantly homely as soon as we arrived. Amazing location for amenities in such a lovely neighbourhood, with lots of recommendations from Pete. Would be more than happy to stay again :)

Die Unterkunft von Lucy war grossartig, sehr liebevoll und warm eingerichtet und verfügte über eine gute Ausstattung. Das Bett und das Sofa waren sehr bequem und das Badezimmer und Küche top. Einziger Nachteil war das muffige Treppenhaus, die hellen Schlafzimmer, die man nur mässig abdunkeln konnte. Zudem etwas ringhörige Fenster, wodurch der Lärm der Tauben gut hörbar war. Das alles änderte aber nichts an einem perfekten Aufenthalt! Wir liebten die Unterkunft!

We had a wonderful time staying at Gary’s place. Location was very central, easy to walk to from the train station and in a very peaceful part of the city. Easy walk to the Brighton sights and to Hove. The flat was very clean and comfortable, we felt right at home. Would happily stay here again!

Great find! Amazing location right on the seafront, away from the busier centre but close enough to travel in. Lovely furnished studio apartment with modern character. Host very responsive and accommodating, all essential amenities provided and much more. Definitely recommend and would book again.

Alan was a great host, friendly, flexible and quick to respond. The flat was clean, tidy and had lovely furnishings. A perfect little residence for a Brighton stay, well located, only a short walk into the main part of Brighton and the sea.

Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

Even though there was scaffolding surrounding the entire building for external painting work (out of the hosts control ) the flat was exactly as described and great value for money. It was spotlessly clean, great local recommendations brochure and we had a good nights sleep. The only slight downside was the communal area, which smelt of damp and looked very tired.. again out of the hosts control. The local area was great, very Brighton, a cool and vibrant neighbourhood . I felt very safe leaving my car parked up the top of the road (£7 for 4hrs which I timed to roll overnight ) and moved it to neighbouring streets over our 48 stay. The beach was literally at the end of the street and the Brighton Lanes were only a 17 min walk away along the seafront. My partner and I would recommend Charlottes place to everyone and we will definitely book again

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the accommodation. Everything was new. We had our dog with us and wanted to use the green space in the parks opposite but a council run music and arts festival had taken them over so this was unexpected and a little inconvenient. The location of the apartment was excellent, with the Royal Pavilion, the sea front and the Lanes being very close on foot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

The flat is very well appointed and in a quiet residential street near Hove. Nice furnishings, comfortable bed and very well equipped kitchen. Bonuses include a minutes walk to a great espresso shop - roasting its own beans - a farmers market and any number of brilliant places to eat and drink. The apartment is near bus routes into town and the Hove end of the beach - two minutes walk away - is pretty quiet. All round, pretty darn good!
