A gas bbq is provided and a firepit.The house was built by the owner's father; a local fisherman.The cheerful décor will lift your spirit.

Only 15 mins off the TCH Welcome to “The Boathouse” small 600 sq ft loft nestled in beautiful North River cabin country ( 3kms of gravel road just off the veterans highway.) This property sits on the pond side west facing the sunset where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, marshmallow roasting & fishing from the wharf. Scheduled salmon river 5 min walk. Small inflatable hot tub, kayaks & paddle available. 15 mins scenic Bay Roberts 15 mins beautiful Brigus 1 hour to St. John’s.

EAST COAST NEWFOUNDLAND BUNKY

On the Sea. A cozy bunky with double bed .. a large window and glass door looking at our cliffside with a private little porch. Off the porch is a sink with running water, but as part of the compound all amenities are available incl full washroom. We are located conveniently on the Southern Shore, close enough to St. John's, Petty Harbour, Ferryland, Trepassy and even St. Vincent for day excursions. The BUNKY is located next to the Cabin, Barn and Teepee on the property.

The GreenHouse

Relax at this comfy 4 bedroom home on a large pond. Minutes walk from a beach and the annual Caplin roll. 2 hours south of St. John's in the quiet community of Portugal Cove South. It allows easy access to the ancient fossils of mistake point, as well as the historic cape race and Myrick Wireless interpretation centre. A short drive from the outdoor pool in renews and the whales at St Vincents beach. Or just stay and enjoy the quite calm of the "Da Cove".
