House holiday rentals in Posedarje

We spent 7 days at Damir's house. The location for people with a car is very good, you can quickly get to interesting places and attractions. There is only one store in the village with basic goods, there are no restaurants. The house is clean and quite comfortable, and additional activities like bicycles, ping pong table, trampoline, hammock make children not bored and active. The pool is the biggest attraction, we were in late August and spent most of our time in the pool. We bathed until 10pm at night. There's a nice patio where we spent mornings and evenings with a glass of wine. We really appreciated the 2 bathrooms in the house and the toilet and shower by the pool. For our kids, the extra attraction was the turtles that walked in the garden. The host was kind, my wife and I waited for us late, and we received a bottle of wine to welcome us. A few small amenities would enhance the comfort of the place, such as the bathroom rugs next to the shower, spices, oil, coffee, tea, dishwasher.

5 stars is not enough, this stay was a 10! Marin is a wonderful host, so accommodating, he helped in any way. He took part in the surprise of my sister coming to visit after years apart and it was SO SPECIAL! He left pool toys for the kids, also seemed like he bought a highchair and crib for our baby they were so new and clean! He left a bottle of wine for birthday celebrations. Just an incredible host who cares about his guests. The home itself was so clean, equipped with everything you may need. Marin always responded quickly with suggestions, reservations, any questions. This was the best air bnb stay! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had a fantastic time in Villa Dora in Podgradina. The cottage was perfectly prepared – the kitchen was fully equipped (everything you need to cook and serve meals), the bathroom is also impeccable. Every room had air conditioning, which was a huge advantage on hot days. An additional plus was the smart TV and very quick contact with the owner – always available and helpful. The place was completely private, and we had a beautiful heated pool and BBQ grill. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Quiet and peaceful, perfect for a getaway. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful holiday in Croatia.

We really enjoyed our stay in Posedarje. The house is completely new with all the necessary accommodations. In addition, you have complete peace here, you are just a 10-minute walk on the lake and in the village among the locals. The perfect location to get out by car and also only 20km from Zadaar airport. Highly recommended to stay here! A bakery, butcher, department store... All within walking distance. The reception and farewell was also super friendly and warm. In short, a well-deserved 10/10 :-)

Before booking and arriving, Saša was very friendly and helpful. He answered questions through this portal very quickly! Upon arrival, he was already waiting for us and showed us everything. It was no problem for him that our dog (Labrador mix) was there. The garden was completely fenced and had a privacy screen. From the first floor, you had a beautiful view of the sea. To welcome us, there was Croatian beer and cola in the refrigerator. As a farewell gift, we received a homemade present. We were very pleased and highly recommend it.

A great house with a great pool. Super helpful contact. We felt really comfortable here for just under 2 weeks with two families. Especially the children (7-10) loved the pool. The layout of the rooms for two families is also great. I'll be happy to come soon.

Very friendly and welcoming host. Left bowl of fruit for us which was very thoughtful. Decent sized pool and good bbq. Rooms were all fairly large . All very clean. We only stayed for one night but would recommend.

We had a great time at Ivo and Eva's! They were very welcoming and filled with great attention for our stay. The house was superb, very well equipped, very spacious and extremely clean. The pool, garden and activity amenities on offer were really nice . We recommend and look forward to staying in the house again.

What definitely stood out was the accessibility to be accessible. For my parents, it was great to be able to reach everything without steps. The only thing where steps had to be used was the pool. But that's what it was worth it. We were able to enjoy the stay very much. It was quiet and private. The grill was an added value that we used often. Thanks again to the hosts who provided the charcoal. The pool was without a doubt the "add on" by the house. Ready for yourself at any time of day. Cool off. All around it was a very nice stay. Everything was clean and spacious, and the hosts are always easily accessible. We'll be back for sure💙

We had a fantastic stay with our 3 children. The house is nice and new. The garden with swimming pool is even better. Mateo is a nice host, gave us information and brought us delicious fruit. Thank you for the good time!

We had a very nixe stay in this villa for four nights. Our host Klara was very friendly and willing to help us with any issues. Everything was clean and we enjoyed the Pool. There are many untensils for kids or water sports in the house so you don't get bored.

The stay at this place was extremely enjoyable. Everything was very clean and tidy, which meant a lot to us. The location is quiet and rarely busy, ideal for relaxation and rest. We would especially like to point out the kindness and accessibility of the hostess, she was extremely kind and willing to give advice on which locations are worth visiting. We definitely recommend this accommodation and would love to come back!

Beautiful apartment for 2 families with large pool. The property is closed so great for children and pets. The landlord and the neighbors are very friendly. The apartments are no longer super top in shot but well equipped and spacious. The pool is a nice size and the outdoor area is a highlight. We enjoyed the time very much.
