The cottage is part of a housing association, with one semi-detached cottage and one cottage consisting of three apartments in the same yard.

Kohde kutsuu nauttimaan kokkailusta luonnon helmassa, suppailemaan järvellä ja nauttimaan rantasaunan hempeistä löylyistä. Käytössäsi on soutuvene ja SUP-lauta. Marjapaikat löytyvät ihan mökin vierestä. Mökissä ei ole sähköjä eikä juoksevaa vettä. Aurinkopaneelien avulla lataat kännykät kätevästi kesällä. Mökki on puulämmitteinen.
