This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. The house is located in a secluded area with the pool which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the entire Brač channel. Only a few minutes by car separates you from the center of Postira. U selu Dol, koje je udaljeno 10 min.hoda, nalaze se i dva restorana. Udaljeno 3 km se nalazi mjesto Postira, sa više prodavaonica, hotela, restorana, plaža, rekreacija za djecu. Gosti mogu uživati u šetnjema prirodom, grilanju, druženju.

You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
