Enjoy the rustic charm of this lovely vineyard cottage in the heart of the Languedoc vineyard. Between sea and mountain, ideally located in Cathar Country, in the dry pond of Marseillette, 15 minutes' walk from the Canal du Midi, this character cottage is the starting point for many walks, hikes, visits... The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

Group cottage, 15 people or more

Get away from it all in this house with large volumes and old tiles: it is ideal for families with children (game room, swimming pool, billiards, barbecue...). Its shaded garden with pool encourages summer relaxation (6x4 m pool). This cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It is dedicated to a family setting and moderately festive (loud music/neighborhood) and no pets are allowed. In July and August we rent for a minimum of 5 nights.

The eco-house is located in the heart of 4 ha nestled by the river and has a shared covered natural pool (mid-May to mid-September), a terrace and games for children. The house offers a main room with large kitchen, a bedroom for 2, a cozy mezzanine with 2 single beds. We are biodynamic winegrowers. Close to Minerve, Canal du Midi, Gorge d'Héric, Carcassonne... The accommodation is located in Luc-sur-Orbieu, 3 km from Lézignan-Corbières, 20 km from Narbonne and 30 km from Carcassonne and close to the beaches. The price includes the supply of linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.) as well as the cleaning fee.
