This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). This stone holiday home, on the island of Brač, is located in a beautiful bay on a plot of 10,000 m2. It is a 300-year-old stone house lovingly restored with thick natural stone walls and wooden floors. The whole house is open to the ground, i.e. between the floors there are only stairs, no doors. In the garden are orange, lemon, granant apple and almond tree and another seat. On the large terrace is a brick barbecue. From the parking to the house about 150 m. Apartment 4 + 1 2-room apartment 70 m², in the centre of place Povlja by the sea, free public parking available on the street in front of the apartment. The apartment contains two double bedrooms with king size bed and exit on the balcony - terrace, one extra bed in one of the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and outside barbecue.
