We welcome you to our place on earth, and literally it's a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day as long as you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, a unique interior, a relaxing bath, a comfortable split bed, a cup of coffee... It's cozy warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The window in the apartment is technical, does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people with claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air control unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers of Poznań. There is a paid, guarded parking lot nearby, and parking is available under the building (in the "centrum" paid zone). For those who come by car but do not plan to use it to get around the city, we offer the option of renting a space in our garage (it is located about 800 m from the apartment and is subject to an additional fee of PLN 70/24h). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue invoices. Be our guest!!!

We invite you to our house with a garden. Downstairs, there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room with a large table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the attic there is one large room and a bathroom with a shower. The house is located in a quiet area, close to Lake Rusałka, 6 km from the center, 300 m to the bus stop. We provide bicycles. In the garden, you can relax on the terrace and have a barbecue. There is a sandbox and a playhouse for children. Parking for 2 cars. Wi-Fi available.

A cozy corner - Poznań

Przytulny Zakątek is a combination of comfort and access to the city's main attractions. Our fully equipped apartment is a charming place that is part of a single-family home. It is fully independent (separate front entrance). A living room with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen will provide comfort and convenience. Excellent location: 10 min. walk to the Malta Thermal Baths and 10 min. by tram to the center. The apartment is located on a private property with monitoring.

City Center - enjoy Poznań by feet!

PLEASE REFER TO THE OFFER DESCRIPTION 😊 I invite you to a flat in the Old Town district- on Szyperska Street. The area is safe and quiet. There is a bakery and shops (Żabka, Biedronka) by the block. The Old Market Square, Ostrów Tumski, the river and the Citadel are in close proximity. There is a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen available for guests + free wi-fi. Smoking is not allowed! From the building you can easily walk to the main attractions :)

Modern apartment in a quiet area - Poznan

The apartment consists of a room with a kitchen, bathroom and separate wardrobe. There is a bed for two people and a sofa bed. What’s more, the apartment has a large and sunny balcony. It is located on the first floor. The building was completed in 2017. All furniture and accessories are new since they were purchased specially for the quests. Apartment size is 31 square meters. The balcony is about 5 square meters. Within the 8-minute walk there is a Poznan tram stop.

I have a perfectly located apartment for you: in a quiet, peaceful, green housing estate, and at the same time close to the center – only 1 tram stop! On site, you will enjoy a bedroom and a sunny living room, a kitchen where you can easily prepare meals and a spacious balcony overlooking the center of Poznań. I took care of the apartment as best I could. However, if you need anything else, I am close – I live with my family next door.

I recommend a spacious apartment on the courtyard side in the very center of Poznań. The apartment is located in a revitalized tenement house. Guests have access to a room with a double bed, bedside tables, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe and a dresser. In the kitchen: ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery. In the bathroom: shower, sink, cabinet, toilet.

A new studio with a balcony and mezzanine in a revitalized tenement house in the city center, right next to the University of Arts. A few minutes to the Old Market Square. Good access by tram from the Main Station and the airport. There is an elevator in the building. The tenement house was a crime scene in Ryszard Ćwirlej's crime novel entitled You have it like in a bank.
