The studio is furnished and is located in the 17th floor so it has a partial view of the caribbean sea. It has an American kitchen with all utensils, the bathroom it`s comfortable, clean and it has hot water and the balcony has a lovely L shape white sofa. The guests of the studio can enjoy the pool, service of umbrella and chairs on the beach and parking. Desde Abril 2024 se cobra una manilla en porteria a $15.000 COP por persona. Esta manilla identifica a los huéspedes del edificio.
