Holiday rentals with a sauna in Pozos Colorados

I had an issue where I lost my key and Jacobo helped me get one ASAP. Very responsive to each and every text I sent and very approachable. The place is an exceptional location, across the street from the. Each! very safe area and everything is assessable not to mention the building staff and security go above and beyond for you. I like the area so much that I’m buying a property in the area! Jacobo is more than a super host!

Everything was very good, the building was not modified during Easter, you can enjoy the facilities without crowds. Unique, but the building's play area needs renovation and more variety. The apartment has everything you need to be very comfortable for a few days and the owner's service is excellent.

It is like being at home, a very nice and quiet place to rest as a family, it has amenities that make your stay very easy, my son was very happy with the games for children, hot water, beach and pool towels, washing machine, very well equipped kitchen, the pool is relaxing and also serves for those who want to do some exercise since it is of considerable size, we had a lot of fun on the way to the beach since the sector is quiet and the guards and service staff of the building were always very friendly. We just loved it

Very nice, clean and organized apartment, nice ocean view, and easy access to the quiet and shallow beach. The building has 2 clean pools. The only drawback is that there are no supermarkets or restaurants in the area and the complex is expensive. Some of the building's employees are very kind.

I stayed 4 days and 3 nights at Daniel's place and it was just perfect. The location is unbeatable, a few steps from the beach, and the space is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Daniel is an exceptional host: attentive, kind, and always willing to help. I would definitely come back! 100% recommended

It's our second year in Santa Marta and our stay was great very nice apartment with sea views. They can do our grocery store and go to the restaurant on foot. the sea is not far away. Sandra our host met our expectations. Thanks again Sandra.

Our stay was fantastic. Beautiful resort. Gym, pool, beach, etc. very easy to check in and access facilities. Hosts were incredibly responsive with us, answered our questions, and assisted in every way. Highly recommend!

Great place. You dont really need to leave. Everything you need is there.

The support was very good. The administrator helped us with an electrical issue in some rooms. And with the TV. Everything was arranged and we were given the necessary support. The location is perfect. The view is unbeatable. The apartment's setup is excellent. Highly recommended. The only issue was the check-in (NOT dependent on the apartment) since at the reception the people are slow and unwilling to help. We had minors and a pregnant person and they didn't help at all. Lots of people and few people helping. This is from the building, not the apartment.

An amazing experience. Jonathan is an excellent host. Always attentive to our comfort and attentive to our requirements. The apartment is just as in the photos, very comfortable, everything is clean, tidy and in good condition! And the view is spectacular!!! As for Samaria, it is excellent. Not a single negative thing to say. We will definitely repeat the experience.

I loved the place, every day I was with my family I felt at home, the apartment is very comfortable and cute , the spectacular location, the common areas of the divine and impeccable building. It will certainly be my destination whenever I go to Santa Marta!

Perfect stay for families! We loved being right on the beach. The sunsets are beautiful. So few people are very quiet there. The pool is also close by which is easy with the kids. The accommodation is very large, the rooms very comfortable. Grocery stores are a bit far away, though. Christina is very responsive when we have questions. Loved our stay and would love to go back. Absolutely Amazing Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean and spacious the apartment is. The pictures simply don’t do it justice—it’s even more beautiful in person! The views are absolutely stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for our getaway. We also loved the amenities, especially the swimming pools and sauna, which offered breathtaking views that we enjoyed while relaxing. The hosts were lovely and incredibly responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Their hospitality truly stood out. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Shops are just around the corner, and the beach is nearby, making it a convenient spot for everything we wanted to do.
