Family-friendly holiday rentals in Pozuelo de Alarcón

We spent a week in Pilar's beautiful home. The location is easily walkable to the metro restaurants, museums etc. We enjoyed eating at the various restaurants nearby -- none more than a block or two from the apartment. Havana Blues (two blocks from apt) for cuban sandwiches, La Princessa on the opposite corner from our block apt for amazing dolmas, chicken shawarma and belly dancing. The mercado is two blocks away for cheese fresh seafood and vegetables. Lots of coffee and pastry options. Pilar gave us a personal overview of how everything worked in the apartment. The kitchen is completely stocked. We probably spent most of our time out on the terrace, which also has a cute little sleeping cottage. There is a large retractable awning to offer shade in the hot part of the day. We sat outside every night and the large conversation couch offers plenty of seating. Pilar is a lovely host and is extremely responsive. We highly recommend.

Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

¡Simplemente encantados! Mi pareja y yo pasamos unos días inolvidables en este alojamiento: ambiente íntimo, decoración cuidada y cada rincón pensado para disfrutar en pareja. El jacuzzi fue el toque perfecto para nuestras noches románticas y la terraza, un pequeño paraíso para desayunar juntos al amanecer. Todo muy limpio, la cama comodísima y el anfitrión atento a cada detalle. Repetiríamos sin dudar: lugar ideal para desconectar y vivir momentos especiales.

What a wonderful stay! We very much enjoyed our time in Madrid and felt right at home at Maria Eugenia’s place. It was a great, open space and very comfortable! I would recommend to all! The area itself was in a great location, with everything just around the corner. Our host was very helpful in recommending local spots and so friendly. Thank you so much Maria Eugenia. Un alojamiento muy amplio y bonito , me volvería a hospedar ahí sin dudarlo

Judith and Tamara were excellent hosts. My flight was delayed and my significant other arrived before me. Tamara met her and helped her get settled in. I understand everything went very smoothly. The unit was as described. it was very clean. The Alcobendas neighborhood was very quiet. It is a ways from downtown Madrid so to do anything downtown requires a drive or an Uber. We chose this area partly because we needed to leave town frequently to travel to another nearby town where my daughter had been living. This was a good compromise. Yhere is a grocery store and some restaurants within walking distance.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Madrid..Close to the museums and Atocha Train station…Apartment was very clean and the kitchen had what we needed if we wanted to prepare a meal. It was over 90 degrees F outside and the a/c worked great. Gato Gato, the restaurant near the apartment was great and going uphill on Calle de Santa Isabel were lots of restaurants and food markets.

Located centrally in Madrid, Diego’s place was so easy to explore and get everywhere. He checked in to make sure things were good and the door lock system was super easy to work with. The place itself is beautiful and I loved hanging by the window and doing a bit of work or reading while people walked by in sunny Madrid.

We really enjoyed the apartment and the host were very helpful. Our small issues with the place were quickly corrected. Both apartment and the hosts made our trip to Madrid absolutely fantastic. I would recommend anybody to stay in this apartment.

Her house was very beautiful and lovely. The location and cleanliness were perfect! We used the washing machine, and it always works fine. It was very convenient for me. 日本人の方へ こちらの宿はとても清潔でしたし、Olgaさんたちは大変親切でした。 もし滞在中の洗濯を考えていらっしゃるのであれば、洗濯機がきちんと機能するだけでなく、折りたたみ式の物干しなどもあり大変便利でした。

Fue todo perfecto. Nieves y Bruno nos hicieron sentir como si estuviéramos en nuestra propia casa. Nos dieron todas las facilidades y más, tanto en el checkin como en el checkout. El piso es una maravilla, amplio, luminoso, limpio, ordenado, con una decoración exquisita y en un barrio tranquilo, lo tiene todo. ¡No podemos estar más agradecidos!

Che dire, tutto fantastico…sembrava di essere a casa! Eva molto disponibile, ha esaudito ogni mia richiesta. Quando è venuta per il check - in ha portato delle caramelle per i nostri tre bambini. Ogni qual volta le scrivevo su Wazzap venivo risposta nell’immediato. Se tornerò a Madrid la casa di Eva sarà il mio punto di riferimento….anche perché la Metropolitana sotto casa è impagabile! Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

Super cute terrace was a highlight of the apartment for sure. Overall was a lovely place and central/walkable to many things!

We had a wonderful stay, everything was just perfect! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. We especially appreciated the pool, which was a lifesaver for cooling off during the hot days. The location was ideal, close to Manzanares el Real, which made exploring the area super convenient. Our host Susana was friendly, responsive, and made us feel completely welcome from start to finish. We’d happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful part of Spain. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

L’appartamento è al secondo piano di un bel complesso residenziale, con presenza di portiere sia la sera tardi quando siamo arrivati, che la mattina presto, quando ce ne siamo andati; l’appartamento è adatto per quattro persone, con due bagni e cucina ottimamente attrezzata. Appena al di fuori del complesso residenziale c’è la fermata del bus numero 20 che porta in centro (Plaza del sol); e a 350 m distante, c’è la fermata metropolitana ( Conde de Casal) per arrivare in qualsiasi parte di Madrid. Francisco è stato molto disponibile ed attento alle nostre richieste e, tra l’ altro, parla bene l’ italiano.

We needed a place to stay for a single night that was close to the train station but still wanted to be able to enjoy the city and see some friends. This apartment was absolutely perfect! Fit our needs and was exactly as described. Easy to check in and we had a great experience. Thank you!

Somos un grupo de amigas, cogimos un fin de semana para desconectar y fue todo un acierto. La casa es muy amplia, limpia y acogedora. El jardín y la piscina de 10 . Nos sentimos muy cómodas y Ruth estuvo muy pendiente de que todo estuviese perfecto, incluso preparó la piscina antes de lo que suele hacerlo para pudiésemos disfrutarla. Un encanto. Sin duda repetiremos.

Un placer alojarnos ahí. La casa es pequeñita pero tiene todo lo que se puede esperar. Para mí detalles como el café o el papel de horno o albal me dan una imagen de lo que quieren ofrecerte, quieren que estés a gusto y que no te falte nada. Mercedes ha sido muy amable y la piscina es un añadido muy agradable. Volveremos.

Appartement très bien situé, proximité directe de la gare Chamartin (2min). L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et agréable , la literie confortable . Je recommande à 100%.

Nos encantó el departamento. Sobre todo la atención de José muy amable. Nos brindó la oportunidad de guardar nuestras maletas en cualquier momento que lo necesitáramos. El departamento está en buenas condiciones y es muy cómodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario incluyen aire acondicionado, el edificio cuenta con elevador. La ubicación es muy buena ya que queda cerca de las paradas del transporte público. 10/10🤙🏻

La casa es espectacular. Hemos pasado un fin de semana genial. Es amplia, bonita, parece que estás en un Oasis, la verdad que de 10. Además el trato tanto de Iñigo como de él capataz Said fue inmejorable, nos han hecho sentir como en casa. Sin duda alguna repetiremos.
