É um pequeno Studio, para até quatro pessoas, localizado a 200 metros da praia de Guaratiba. A acomodação contempla um quarto de casal com ar condicionado, um quarto com ventilador, 2 (duas) camas de solteiro, cozinha conjugada com sala, um banheiro interno e um lavabo externo na área da piscina. Área externa ampla com jardim, piscina exclusiva, lavabo, ducha, churrasqueira, varanda. A área externa é compartilhada com os anfitriões e uma cachorrinha que moram na casa anexa ao Studio.

In Cumuruxatiba, on the cliff facing the sea, in 9000 sq. m, we have the chalet with 2 suites, in the middle of the garden with a kitchen on the balcony (stove, refrigerator, portable barbecue, microwave), 80 m away from the main house of 5 suites facing the sea, next to the chalet there is an extra double suite that can be rented separately. The court, kiosk and pool are for shared use, the main house is for restricted use. Everything was done with affection to appreciate the beautiful view!
