É um pequeno Studio, para até quatro pessoas, localizado a 200 metros da praia de Guaratiba. A acomodação contempla um quarto de casal com ar condicionado, um quarto com ventilador, 2 (duas) camas de solteiro, cozinha conjugada com sala, um banheiro interno e um lavabo externo na área da piscina. Área externa ampla com jardim, piscina, lavabo, ducha, churrasqueira, varanda. A área externa é compartilhada com os anfitriões e uma cachorrinha que moram na casa anexa ao Studio.

In Cumuruxatiba on the sea front cliff, at 9000m2, we have the chalet with 2 suites, in the middle of the garden with kitchen on the balcony ( stove, refrigerator, portable barbecue, microwave), 80m away from the main house of 5 suites facing the sea, next to the chalet there is an extra double suite that can be rented separately. The court, the kiosk and the swimming pool are shared use, the main house is restricted use. It was all done with affection to enjoy the beautiful view!
