Cottage holiday rentals in Prado del Rey

Peaceful stay for a week. Beautiful elevated location with panoramic views. Rocabella restaurant at the bottom of the track was great if you dont feel like venturing out far, with a varied menu from light bites to main dishes with burgers, steaks and fish.. My advice would would be to grab some basic groceries from a supermarket prior to going up to the house i.e coffee, bread eggs , drinks etc. I travelled with my ederly mother and the accomodation was suitable for our needs as she is unable to manage steps. There is one twin room downstairs with a bathroom and walk in shower which is next to the kitchen , lounge and outside patio so easy access for her with limited mobility. its would not be suitable for a wheelchair however. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with doors opening onto a patio with table and chairs, perfect for your morning coffee to relish the sun rise and sunsets, and also affording privacy if travelling with others in your group. I throughly enjoyed my stay. 😊

Just retuned from a 1 week stay at the Cassita! Lovely and peaceful with beautiful surroundings and plenty to do if you’re happy to drive. Our two children loved the pool too. Kila was very responsive and friendly and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Thanks again.

This villa is like heaven on earth! I have never been to a more beautiful place in my life.. the surroundings are paradise.. large cypress trees surround the villa and large extensive grounds.. there is a beautiful large celebrity worthy pool and stunning log table with Greek style tiled gazebo! The villa was clean and comfortable and had everything you could possibly need! There are fabulous tennis courts and plenty of seating in the grounds over looking the acres of land! Every corner had something more fabulous! We also had visits from a gorgeous little dog which made our trip! I cannot praise this beautiful place enough! Heaven on earth!!!!

Juan José is an excellent person, he communicated everything to me, He told me the points of interest. Friendly and polite. And very attentive to me. That if I needed anything to call him at any time. I highly recommend that house. Thank you very much Juan José.

Our family of 8 enjoyed staying at Juan's charming & rustic home. If you are looking for a modern Airbnb, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of Ronda, where you can enjoy beautiful views from your deck/patio/private pool & enjoy family time...then this place is for you. When you are ready to leave your comforts of home, you can drive to two of the most beautiful white villages in Andalusia: a quick 10 minutes to Ronda or 25 minutes to the amazing & unique Setenil de las Bodegas. Juan's place has all of the comforts of a mountain home, complete with views of endless stars at night, 2 full bathrooms, enough room to sleep 8 comfortably & two air conditioning units (1 in the main bedroom & 1 in the living room) to keep the house cool. There is no AC in the 3 downstairs bedrooms, but since the rooms are on the bottom floor, they stayed cool at night. Our boys also loved the resident neighborhood cat, whom they named "Sunflower"! Martine and Ron have a wonderful small casa near Coin. We enjoyed everything about it! The view, the hospitality, and the pool! They were very welcoming hosts. I would love to stay again!

We stayed for three nights to attend a local wedding. Lovely property in stunning setting. Extremely good value, we had a great time. Ildefonso was very helpful too, would definitely return.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Jarandalus for 5 days, looking for a peaceful home in beautiful surroundings, and we got exactly that. The house and gardens are amazing, and the views are breath taking. The home feels luxurious, and Salvador and Isabel were warm and welcoming when we arrived, and Salvador was available and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The barbecue was excellent, the pool was lovely, and we greatly enjoyed being in the grounds of the house. The location has fantastic views and is close to several small towns, and only 30 minutes from Ronda, so is convenient but is at enough distance to give a peaceful and quiet stay. This was well worth the money, we loved our stay, and hope to return some day in the future.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at Maria's place. The house is very cozy with all you need to prepare meals at home if you wish. The views over the Ronda countryside were stunning, and the garden surrounding the house was also delightful. Ronda city is just a 15-minute drive away.

We had a fantastic stay in Alberto’s apartment. The lovely outdoor garden, the cozy and sunny courtyard, the private parking… We really felt at home and welcome. Alberto is very helpful and friendly and quick to respond. The apartment is more than we expected. It has a well fitted kitchen, a spacious bathroom with great shower, fast WiFi and a lovely living room. We used one of the three spacious bedrooms and our bed was fine. I am so happy we found Raul and Taddeo‘s place. The level of hospitality, warm welcome and the around the clock responsiveness of this lovely couple was extraordinary. If you are looking for a simple but comfortable housing with all the required amenities topped with an amazing hidden gem of a beautifully landscaped garden (by the host himself who is a landscape designer) full of old olive trees, this is your place. We didn’t expect such garden beauty in an area filled with active farming land . Upon arrival we felt right at home, Raul was great in guiding us through the house and giving additional info about the local area. The cottage is rather small and very simply furnished but has all you need (great water pressure, squeaky clean (well equipped) kitchen and bathrooms). The location is a very private and peaceful oasis, just steps away from the densely populated holiday home coastal strip of Zahora with some nice restaurants and beach chiringuitos.
