A refuge in the woods, a stone's throw from Conguillío

PaulinaRating, 5 stars4 months ago
The cottage of Beatriz and Gerardo is beautiful, full of decorative details that make it cozy and interesting, they make you want to stay in the house to enjoy it, it is beautiful. The environment is wonderful, the river passing next to the house is a whole scenario to discover, there are several rich entrances to bathe or sit down to enjoy the visual and sound landscape. The Curacautín-Conguillio route is full of places and walks to go out, and Curacautín itself offers everything one might need and more. Finally, Beatriz and Gerardo are very good hosts, very friendly, they were always available and gave us very good suggestions for walking and eating rich. We want to come back, without fail!

Rustic Mountain Cabin by the River

BenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a lovely stay at Gabriel's cabin. It was the perfect getaway from the city and a great chance to enjoy the nature. The cabin is around 20 minutes off the main road and is not too far from the national park. It is well stocked and has great views of the surrounding mountains. We would love to return!

Wooden cabin and Tinaja, total disconnection 🧘‍♂️

Michell N.Rating, 5 stars11 months ago
The place is very nice, the cabin complies with what it says in the description, don Mario was very kind to welcome us and very flexible on arrival time. Upon arriving at the cabin, the tinaja was ready to use it and the stove was on, maintaining a very cozy climate. The cabin is very comfortable, with everything you need to use it. Also add that the 2 pieces below had a heater in all their beds, which was wonderful for the cold ones they were doing. definitely recommend them to visit the place.

Design cabin with volcano view next to hotsprings

JohnRating, 5 stars4 months ago
I stayed for a month at Casa Olaf and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The actual house is so unique and quirky with literally everything you could ever need. From cutlery to games, they’ve got it all. The views are literally unbeatable and there is so much to discover about the local area. There is hardly any trails on AllTrails in the local area however there are SO many well maintained trails across the river and up the mountain adjacent to the property that there’s an abundance to do. The neighbours just behind the house are absolutely lovely, really warm and welcoming. Although I saw regular cars (Toyota Camry, Mazda) the roads can be very rugged and it was quite difficult to get up the hill driveway even with an AWD SUV. If you struggle then the hot tip is to reverse up. If you love bread, coffee and pastries then you have to check out La Canasto in Curacautin because everything we had there was incredible!

Ayelén Curacautín Cabin

GonzaloRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The cabin is beautiful, larger than it appears in the photos, and it is really located in a mini forest, so the only thing you hear are the birds and the sound of the leaves. They are very kind and flexible for arrival and departure, and they also waited for us with a delicious kneaded bread. I would go back a thousand times.
