We had a fantastic stay at this spacious, stylish apartment in the heart of Prague. The location is ideal - just a short walk to Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and great restaurants. The two huge bedrooms were perfect and the apartment was spotless and well-equipped, with nice touches like quality shower gels and hair products. We loved the cute balcony with a table and chairs for four - it catches the evening sun and was a great spot to relax before heading out. The host was incredibly helpful, arranging early luggage drop-off and providing a great online guidebook with local tips. On our last day, we stored our luggage securely in the building for just 100 CZK, which let us enjoy a full final day. Reception staff were friendly and informative too. Overall, a smooth, comfortable and memorable. Would stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at Romans apartment for 4 nights and it was amazing. the apartment is so easy to get to and access, close to metro and trams, but extremely ce trolly to walk to most attractions. The apartment is exactly as described and spotless, everything we could have possibly needed was supplied, first aide kits, umbrellas, lint rollers, iron, hairdryer. Romans Place covers everything. Romans communication from booking to check out was exceptional and always made sure everything was going well. The apartment had a great shower, amazing WiFi, and although we didn't use it, even supplied drinks in the fridge for a very small additional fee (beers, wines, water etc. cheaper than the local supermarkets). I would definitely recommend Roman and his apartment to anyone visiting Prague and we would definitely stay again if we return. Thank you Roman for a great stay.

Super friendly and helpful during the whole trip. We had contact well before and during our stay and they were always quick to respond. The location was really great and my friends and I enjoyed the neighborhood a lot. Can definitely recommend!

We stayed 4 nights at Sarah, Jan & Filip's apartment. Despite the Irish Pub just opposite, we were not disturbed by the noise of guests as there is double glazing on the windows. Ideal location in the old town 3 minutes walk from the Charles Bridge and 5 minutes from the metro. We visited a lot on foot. Spacious and pleasant apartment with bathroom/WC (shower) and kitchen area that we did not use (just for drinks and fridge). Contacts were easy and quick. We also received various information and tips on restaurants, transportation, etc. We recommend this listing for 2 people in the center of Prague 😀

Great apartment in a very central location. The apartment was spotless and had everything that I needed. The hallway where the bathroom is located could use some curtains. This wasn’t a problem for me in particular, but it’s worth noting that despite there being an elevator in the building, you still need to walk up a flight of stairs to get to reach the elevator.

Brilliant host with great communication throughout. The location was perfect—just a short metro ride to the city centre and conveniently on the same line if you're heading to an event at Letňany Airport. Access was easy and secure, and the place was wonderfully quiet. I didn’t use the kitchen since I was only there for a night, but it looked fully equipped with everything you’d need. A lovely touch was the honesty-style mini bar—really well thought out. Highly recommended!

Accommodation at Sam's was very nice🩷 Sam is nice and has a friendly attitude. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this accommodation to everyone, as it is close to both the metro and tram and other tourist points. The accommodation itself has everything you need for a few days in Prague. The place was clean, cozy...much better than the photos. We felt at home here, we didn't miss anything. Veronika allowed us to put our things early, thank you so much for it. We had snacks available and didn't have to shop right away. Fresh flowers greeted us on the tables. Beauty. There was a lookout for Vítkov and restaurants nearby. Bus just around the corner, the tram on the hill and the metro through the tunnel. Groceries also near. I can only and only recommend.

Felix’s place is a great jumping off spot to explore Prague. There are quick and easy tram links to the centre of the city while being away from the hustle and bustle. The place was a little bigger than expected, clean and even had a couple of drinks as a welcome. It was easy to get in and Felix was responsive when we had questions. If we come back to Prague we would definitely stay at Felix’s place again!

This is a well stocked apartment- ample kitchen supplies to cook with and pantry was well stocked with seasonings - plenty of cleaning supplies - toilet paper and paper towels - hosts were always available to answer questions and help problem solve - neighborhood is close to public transportation which is easy to use - or if you prefer you can walk to many attractions - I would definitely stay here again

Apartment near downtown, terrific localization. Easy checkin and checkout, good communication. I didn’t use, but there are handy things in case you forgot something (like a bandaid). It is as described at the ad, 5 minutes from the astronomical clock. Restaurants nearby. Worth the stay.

would definitely recommend this place for a small group of friends who go out late. this place has no windows so no light to wake you up. The space is very big and location is perfect. My next time in prague will definitely be here again.

Had a great time, the flat was spotless, the gym was well equipped, everything was clean and Viktoria was lovely. The flat is close to a tram stop so it was super easy to see everything, shops near by for cooking supplies. Highly recommended

I love the area because of its nature

The house has been completely renovated. Well-designed and well-equipped apartment. Friendly, calm dog After a warm day, cooling off with an outdoor shower and a few laps in the pool is very pleasant. Buses to Prague run several times an hour, taking about an hour (RegioJet and Flixbus). Walking distance to the bus station is about 20 minutes. From the train station nearby, there are trains, for example, to Most. Very quiet at night.

Perfect stay! Great helpfulness and willingness of hosts, good communication. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, the eye captures the inviting little details in the amenities that aren't ordinary. The location is very good, you can go on a lot of trips, whether you are attracted by nature, culture, vineyards, or cycling. Petr himself gave us very good advice on where to go, we were very grateful for the advice and tips. The land is fenced and well-maintained, our 1 year old child was not a problem to let nature explore on it. I recommend having breakfast, it was great. :)
