My wife and I were together in this accommodation and have to say that we find it even more beautiful than in the pictures. The location is very central; everything can be reached by car in about 15 - 20 minutes. The accommodation offers everything you need: a pool, a sauna, a kitchen and a fireplace. You have your own little kingdom, which is very beautiful and clean. The hosts gave us home-brewed beer and really delicious strawberries as a welcome gift. They are very friendly, and we were able to park our car behind a locked gate on the premises. We feel very comfortable here and will definitely come back again. I can rate this accommodation with five stars and would recommend it to anyone.

It was really very nice at Natalia's, she was very friendly, as was her husband. The location was quite central, only 20 minutes to the city center by train or Uber. It was very clean and quiet! The pool was the highlight at our temperatures! We will be happy to come back.

A very nice place! The contact with the host was uncomplicated and friendly! An earlier check-in was possible by arrangement. Gladly again!

Very comfortable, even used swimming pool and lovely spacious garden with BBQ House had all the comforts. No TV, but we didn't need one. A 20-minute drive from the city center with your own car. And 5 minutes drive to the large supermarket Billy.

Very nice house conveniently located to Prague. Clean and we'll equipped. Five minutes walk to Sbusani train station, from wich you can get to the center of Prague in 15 minutes.

Stayed here for two nights during a road trip from Italy to Finland. The location is excellent — quiet enough to have a good night’s sleep, but a short walking distance from main attractions. A number of pubs, resraurants and grocery stores close by. The loft (upstairs) has a good ceiling height; at 6’2’’ we managed fine. Downstairs can get a bit humid during rainy days and there is a trace of mildew; however, we did not find this a problem. We recommend NOT to arrive by car. Parking provided by host is safe, very close to the apartment and convenient, but expensive. Contrary to some reviews, we prefer checking in by meeting the host; I found the messaging/calling less stressful than using an e-portal. But again, YMMV. All in all, we RECOMMEND this place and would personally re-book it.

Excellent location in the center of Prague, making it possible to visit the center on foot. At the same time, it is a quiet place to rest at night. Very cozy apartment and great cleanliness. Ease of check in and check out. The only downtown area is the lack of toaster in the kitchen. Would recommend your stay!

Very good accommodation with an impeccable host!

The apartment is great. Everything is ok Cleaning could have been a little better, probably there was no cleaning company in the window, Jacub cleaned himself.

Karolína is very communicative and friendly! We were well received, well educated and she was also very flexible with the schedules which helped us a lot as we traveled with many public transport bags and with a 2-year-old child. The house had everything we needed, even more! Including toys our daughter loved! A positive point also for the excellent communication and willingness to always serve us if we need anything. If I return to Prague for sure it was a house I would like to stay again! Thank you for everything, Karolina!

Very nice, quiet spacious apartment. Very close to Wenceslas Square, Main Railway Station, several museums. Very easy and fast communication.

Alexandra was truly helpful with every question. The place is homey, comfortable and spacious. You can work remotely with comfort, feel like home while you enjoy the city of Prague.

Great and very spacious house, with everything u need to cook & dine with guests (plates, cutlery, etc.)👍🏻 as well as to make a barbecue outside. Good-looking interior design with original art pieces & cozy furniture. This place was a great choice for us! (P.S. Keep in mind that this is a private area, and you’ll be asked to keep the noise down after 10 PM: even though it’s a separate house, the sound still carries)

We stayed at Richard’s place to celebrate New Year’s Eve in Prague, and it was an exceptional experience. The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Richard’s communication was excellent throughout. He provided clear instructions for check-in, accurate details about the property, and even surprised us with complimentary wine and cookies, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro and tram, making it convenient to explore the city. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home, offering all the amenities and comfort we could ask for. A highlight was the barista-grade coffee machine, which allowed us to enjoy café-quality cappuccinos every morning. I would highly recommend Richard’s place to anyone planning to visit Prague—you won’t be disappointed!
