Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Prahran

I said in this apartment for a week in May, the location was perfect close to everything along south yarra and a tram line was right at the top of the street. Mark was so friendly and helpful with very quick responses if I ever needed anything! He was very accommodating to us for an early and late check in! Would highly recommend this stay ! Susie is a wonderful host, truly went above and beyond at check-in, was responsive and accommodating throughout my trip. Her hospitality is second to none! The place itself was a bit small, but enough space for a solo traveller like me, or for a couple. Bed was comfortable with lots of choice of pillows. Balcony has space for a coffee table and you would be able to enjoy some nice afternoons out there in nice weather. Kitchen has all the basic utensils you would need for cooking and is stocked with all the basic foods you could imagine! The apartment gets the morning sun, so it does get warm during the day, but evenings in the apartment are perfect, not too hot or cold. South Yarra is also a great area to stay, very close to public transport, supermarkets and restaurants. Overall a great stay and would recommend to solo travellers and couples.

This was our second stay at Belinda’s great place and we’ve just booked the third. Belinda is very helpful and the apartment is very clean and very quiet. It’s peaceful yet an easy walk to loads of restaurants, shops and local transport. Highly recommended.

We loved staying at Sean’s apartment, it’s large and comfortable and in an interesting part of the city. As it’s so handy to the train station I wondered if we’d be bothered by the noise but no, it’s super peaceful. Would love to stay again!

Great studio apartment which is well positioned close to trains snd restaurants. The apartment is very well insulated and when you walk in from the cold there is no need for heating. Very comfortable and will go again.

This is an awesome place for a family. We loved it for our family of 5. Comfy beds. Great kitchen, with all the necessary tools for cooking. Comfortable, felt safe, and great location for public transit. Loved the park nearby as well. Highly recommend.

What an incredible location and house for our wedding weekend. Ted and Min were lovely to communicate with and helpful whenever we needed them. Gorgeous property!

We stay at a lit of Airbnbs and every now and then one will stand out due to the personal touches. We had fresh fruit, 6 large double yoked eggs, bread,milk, butter and the most beautiful fresh cut flowers. The house itself is like being at home. We called it the Tardis as it looked compact from the outside but was huge inside. James was very arrentative and obviously rightly proud of the house. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We were pleased to stay local to where family and friends live in South Yarra. Lovely to be close to gardens and long walks along the Yarra River.

We had such a fabulous stay. The cottage is well appointed and thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. It’s a very cool and cheery interior. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was seriously amazing. Josh was really responsive to messages and so thoughtful. The generous touches with some provisions in the kitchen and even treats for our dog were greatly appreciated. The cottage is close to transport and close to the city. So many great cafes nearby. Great central location to explore Melbourne. Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the host. My child left behind a motion sensor light under the pillow and we managed to retrieve it by texting host on communication channel. He even went to meet us to pass it back to us several days later.Thank you so much! ◡̈

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

The unit is close to Fitzroy’s coffee shops, bars and such but its location is peaceful and surrounded by wonderful trees and greenery. It’s cosy and as described in the listing. As well as the local area it was a great base for exploring Melbourne as a whole. Rebecca always replied quickly and she acted appropriately when we discovered a maintenance issue. Two recommendations right on the doorstep: Slowpoke coffee (including the best banana bread); and the tour of the Royal Exhibition Building from the Melbourne Museum.
